Couldn’t fault! Had been let down by a local engineer and Expert got me in the next day. Engineer was on time and I even got a courtesy call from their office the evening before the test to remind me. There were a few faults that needed sorting and i was provided a quote and the extra work all carried out within the week. Very satisfied customer thank you

I requested an inspection as it was the last thing needed for my house sale to go through and I was shocked to have been able to get an appointment so quickly! Other companies had a 3 week wait and couldn’t provide me with a quote only an estimate which rang alarm bells. Quick and easy booking. Engineer was efficient and tidy. Received my report well within the time frame provided. Very happy customer and would recommend.

Recently completed safety cert, Billed for 4 lights only 3 required/fitted. Replaced chrome with white and left with unsightly redecoration needed. Invoice has now been amended satisfactorily so rating amended to reflect initial issues. All staff very helpful and courteous throughout.

My report was Unsatisfactory I was worried it would affect the sale of my house. Expert re-assured me and provided me with a quote to get the faults fixed and the chap returned the same week to complete the work. Both the office staff and engineer made me feel at ease throughout and compared to other companies I was quoted very fairly. I would most definitely use them again

-Engineer late by over an hour, ended up chasing the office to find out the update
- No protective shoe covers whilst entering the property
- Very expensive in comparison to local competitors. £160 for EIC, reassured that all was fine then issued the certificate with 6 faults costing £460 to fix.
- Got second opinion, which not only shown that half of faults were absurd but also that I've been massively overcharged for repairs.

Sorry, would not use again. Dishonest.

Just so other people know - this is legitimate feedback on the service we received. For the company who provided service and now responded - you did not contact me regarding this feedback like you claim you did. Service was provided in Newport Gwent before relocation to Carlisle. We do not want to hear from you ever again.

Booked a EICR test. Electrian Danny was on time efficient and friendly and I would certainly recommend him. Communication were also excellent. Paper came 4 working days. Would certainly use company again.

Expert Electric Services Ltd were easy to communicate with. They arrived when they said they would and carried out an EICR which they emailed to us afterwards.

Very efficient. I enquired online re an electrical review that was needed as we were moving house and didn't have a certificate for the electrics. Expert Electrics rang immediately and the electrician was round that weekend. The electrician was friendly and was done in 1.5 ish hours. Paid the invoice and got our certificate. Highly recommended!
