Thanks so much for your honest feedback – we’re truly sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you’ve experienced with your Hydrolab, and we completely understand your frustration.

We’re glad to hear you found our team attentive, but it’s disappointing to know that even after the replacement, things still haven’t worked as they should. That’s definitely not the experience we aim to deliver.

Our policy does allow for one replacement per order, but we absolutely want to help make this right. While we don’t typically offer refunds in this case, we’d be happy to go over a few final troubleshooting steps with you – just in case there’s a fix we haven’t tried yet. If it’s still not working after that, we’ll see what we can do to come to a fair resolution.

The effects aren't always instant, and the experience can vary from person to person depending on individual lifestyle, environment, and overall health.

Thanks for sharing your experience, we genuinely appreciate the honest feedback, even though we're really sorry to hear that you’ve been left feeling disappointed.

Firstly, we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the issues with your Hydrolab bottles. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand how disheartening it must have been to go through multiple faults, especially when you were trying to enjoy and share the benefits of hydrogen water.

Our records show that our customer support team did issue a one-time replacement for the components, in line with our policy of one replacement per order. While we aim to turn these around quickly, we completely understand your concern regarding delivery and response times, we know how important fast resolution is, and we’re working to improve this across the board.

Regarding the leaks that occurred later down the track, we truly regret the inconvenience and damage that caused. As per our policy, our Hydrolab products come with a 90-day warranty for manufacturer faults. After this period, we’re unfortunately unable to offer additional replacements or refunds. We understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re genuinely sorry for any stress this has caused.

Your feedback has been passed on to our team so we can continue to improve. We absolutely respect your voice and hope that, in the future, we may have an opportunity to restore your trust in us.

Just to clarify, replacement base filters were sent to you after you let us know you were having issues with the original unit. While you didn’t directly request a replacement, our team took the initiative to send one so you’d have a functioning bottle as soon as possible.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we take product concerns seriously. While our 90-day warranty policy covers replacements or repairs for faulty products within that timeframe, we made an exception in your case to provide a brand-new Hydrolab 2.0 bottle to resolve the issue.
