Átírányítottam a rendelésem,csomagautómatába. Nem kellett volna. Átvevő kódot reklamáció után,két nap múlva kaptam. A rekesz üres volt. Újabb telefon,ígéret intézkednek,jelentkeznek.Vártam... Két hét múlva újra telefonálok. Utána néznek,visszahívnak. Megtörtént. Másnap kézbesítik a csomagot házhoz. Csomag nálam,leveszem a friss szállítási bimkét,alatta az eredeti. Tollal rajta az írás,kivéve az automatából,és egy másfél héttel ezelőtti dátum... Gratulálnék,de nincs mihez.

Paket von Österreich mit der österreichischen Post nach Budapest versendet.

Paket hab ich am 27.06.2025 bei der Post aufgegeben, seit 01.07.2025 befindet es sich in Zustellung.

Seitdem werd ich JEDEN TAG mit mindestens 2 Mails von ExpressOne belästigt, das erste Mail handelt immer davon, dass das Paket im Zeitraum so und so zugestellt wird. im 2. Mail heißts dann Paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden, wird am nächsten Tag nochmal zugestellt.

Grund warum es nich tzugestellt werden konnte war meistens dass die Adresse unvollständig ist, oder nicht existiert, Support hat ohne Grund das Zustelldatum geändert, und heute wurde das Paket bei Sortierung beschädigt.

WTF rennt falsch bei denen? Hab sowas echt noch nicht erlebt. Werd nie wieder über DPD, UPS, GLS & Co schimpfen... Gegen ExpressOne sind die ja richtig zuverlässig...

Verstehe nicht wie die Post mit so einem Versanddienstleister einen Vertrag eingehen konnte? Kann jedem nur raten der ins Ausland versendet sich vorher die "Auslandsbeteiligungen Paketversand International" der öst. Post anzusehen, den die öst. Post hat in mehreren Ländern einen Vertrag mit Express One.

Sowas wie ExpressOne hab ich noch nie erlebt... War aber auch das erste Mal, dass ich nach Ungern versendet hab.

Szörnyű ügyfélszolgálat, egyszerűen leteszik a telefont és rendkívül bunkók. A csomagom még mindig nem érkezett meg, pedig már régóta várok rá. Nulla csillagot szeretnék adni.

I ordered a delivery to my door for a product from AliExpress, but instead of this the parcel was delivered to the next town at a pick-up location, without anyone contacting me! I contacted the courier company head office and they said that it's not their problem and I should contact the one in my country. I tried contacting them multiple times without any response. I tried to refund the order but I got rejected because I didn't had any proof. How can I have proof that something wasn't delivered at the right place? Also AliExpress could have just checked the tracking number and see where it was delivered! Anyways they rejected my claim. After couple of weeks the courier finally took the parcel from the pick-up location and brought it to me, all while being extremely rude

All in all I wouldn't recommend either this product nor AliExpress to anyone anymore!

A futár nem telefonált, így nem lehetett átvenni a csomagot, nem keresett csomagot sem, az ügyfélszolgálat telefonon nem elérhető!
Senkinek sem ajánlom!

The worst of all they shiped the product a day after because i changed the number contact to my friends because i couldnt pick it up and they didnt call him just started horning before the house and it was for the birthday of one of my family members so i coundnt give it to him just after 2 days.

Worst of the worst.
Twice they said it was delivered and it didn't. I found my package on a lower corridor of my building ripped open. Today it says delivered but it isn't.

Once again, expressone scheduled delivery of my Amazon orders for today and once again "changed to a later date" because "addressee not present at delivery address", which is absolutely UNTRUE!

Ich warte schon über eine Woche und habe noch kein Paket da, respektloses Verhalten.

Most of my goods arrive by this courier and I could not be happier. Tracking is accurate, the delivery men are polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

It's been the third times i order a new bank card.
It's been the third times, the delivery guy said i am not at home. But i am working from home... :)

Lazy company, lazy Peoples.

I am writing to share my unfortunate experience with Express One, a delivery company that has proven to be utterly incapable of fulfilling its basic responsibilities. From start to finish, my interactions with them have been frustrating and unprofessional.

First and foremost, the workers seem to lack the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively. It’s alarming how many of them do not speak English, making communication nearly impossible. This language barrier only adds to the chaos when trying to resolve even the smallest issues.

When it comes to customer service, it’s almost non-existent. If a courier decides they don’t want to deliver your parcel, they simply ignore your calls and messages. The same goes for their customer service team, who seem to have mastered the art of avoiding any responsibility. If they don’t want to solve a problem, good luck getting a response.

To make matters worse, they struggle to locate addresses that are clearly written and easily found on Google Maps. It’s baffling how a delivery company can’t manage something so basic. Even when I offered to pick up my parcel myself, they refused to compromise.

In summary, my experience with Express One has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against using their services unless you enjoy dealing with unresponsive staff and endless frustration. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable delivery company.

The WORST COMPANY EVER EXISTED
First it was just annoying, but now I definetely hate them. You will NEVER recieve your parcel if they are in charge of the delivery. I want to put minus five stars. Terrible. You can never call or write to them. They will never answer.

4 out of 5 times we have a good experience with Express One. The only time we where really upset by this company, was when they put the package over our fence when we where not at home. Later it never happened again. Also today a friendly and flexible driver. He was also able to understand my "Hungarian" while I spoke with him at the phone. I like the posibility to see online how many adresses are going to be delivered before he is at my address. Also the telephone number of the driver can be seen in this option. So, 4 honestly earned stars.

Horrible company, I would never choose them again. They made such a mess with my package. First, they said it was missing, then they found it but kept changing the delivery date and eventually they decided to send it back. Very unhelpful customer service. I’ve never had such a bad experience.

The courier told me not to modify my parcel's delivery date, even though they offer this service, so why wouldn't I do so if I cannot manage on that particular day to take it over, maybe it's because they are unable to follow up with simple and clear modifications.

Worst company ever! Lost packages, not delivered packages, zero customer care! Not picking up the phone!
The worst! Dont ever use them!

I was actually standing outside my front door waiting for the delivery. Saw the van drive past, stop at the end of the road, driver jumped out ran into a shop with two small packages, jumped back in the van and sped off. Didn’t come to my door, didn’t ring the doorbell - nothing. Now says delivery on a different day customer not home.

The courier signed for my parcels. Then placed them on my letterbox, without even letting me know that he was there, and this while I am always at home.
They have disappeared.
Total value over €265,=.
Express One customer service only helps the courier, and not the customer, and is very rude.
After calling the courier myself, he became aggressive and started threatening.
I want my money back so that I can place these orders again.
And decent deliveries of parcels, delivered to me personally.
Absolutely self-evident.
Courier is personally responsible for signing for my parcels and placing them somewhere where anyone can just take them.
If this is not arranged quickly by Express One, I will report the theft to the police, and also charge Express One with complicity.
