My multiple experiences with this company can be rated as one star or less. Completely unreliable, unhelpful customer service, each time I ordered with them, the courier said I wasn’t home even though I was at home all day waiting for him (and paid extra for home delivery). I worked with multiple delivery companies this one is the worst I’ve ever came across.

They didn't even try to deliver the package and now they say I have to pick it up now.... I wouldn't recommend them.

I would give them 0 stars if there was…
I would give them 0 stars if there was an option. A package I ordered got lost or stolen-still don't know what happened to this day. On various occasions they didn't even deliver the package and decided to send it back to the sender. And if you complain in writing they just send you back a standard "I forwarded your complaint...." e-mail and then you'll never hear from them.

Express One is a surprisingly horrible…
Express One is a surprisingly horrible delivery company in times of really reliable service. They will not deliver the product to you: instead, they state on the e-tracking sheet that you could not be contacted. Also, you can never reach the delivery person through the number the company gave you. You can change the date of the delivery but not the slot. No one will contact you if there is a delay so you might get a message on the next day that your delivery has been rescheduled. This goes on for weeks. Finally, both customer service and complaints have no clue what is happening, and they will not follow up on your issue proactively. Everything that can go wrong with a delivery, it will.
