I have the 30 foot pole, managed to warp the upper three section. Contacted company, Kate got right back to me, and a complete replacement arrived three days later, no questions asked.

I purchased an Extend-a-Reach pole about 6 months ago. I had an issue when one of the sections came apart. I sent an email to them and without hesitation they sent me a new one. Great customer service.

I purchased the Extend -A-Reach Pole. I got the tree saw attachment. It worked great as I was for the first time able to reach the 30' branches! I can also use it for all kinds of things around my yard, ( wasp nest and outside window cleaning etc..). They are very awesome to deal with and provided me with a rapid response with an issue I was having. I have recommended them to my friends and family.

I have purchased many telescoping tools and accessories from Extend-A-Reach over the years and have always been satisfied with their quality. Most recently, I purchased an Extend-A-Reach telescoping pruning saw through Amazon in November 2025. While the saw is solid and works well, the plastic handle attached to the pole unfortunately broke after a few uses.

The customer service I received in response was exceptional:
- Prompt Resolution: After I contacted support to request a replacement for the broken part, Kate was incredibly prompt in finding a resolution and communicating.
- Above and Beyond: She honored the warranty to make up for a missing email communication and even overnighted me a brand-new replacement pruning saw.

I recently purchased a 30 ft. pole saw, and I am pleased with my purchase. The performance exceeded my expectations. It was lighter and more sturdy than I thought it would be. Even using it at its maximum length, I still felt like I had decent leverage and minimal sagging.

Their customer service is great as well. They respond quickly and are very professional.

In addition to a great product set, they also have great and fast customer service. I had a problem with an order and they fixed the problem within 2 days.

Was looking for something for cleaning with the 24’ ceilings in our great room. The quality of everything in the High Reach Cleaning kit is TOP notch (pole is super sturdy)! This kit is going to make cleaning the ceiling fan, corners, ledges, windows, etc. a breeze. Exceptional customer service as well!

I have used the 30 ft extension pole and saw for several days and have been very pleased with the way it cuts. I did have a small issue with the pole, and Kate at Extend-a-Reach was very helpful and immediately resolved the issue under warranty.
