Tiles are nice
Tiles are nice and the packaging was good, shame about the delivery. I had no idea which day it was coming, the driver dumped the pallet in the road and shipping cost £55 for 10 tiles !!

Nigel Thank you for your comments, firstly regarding the delivery we use a 3rd party haulage service that is usually very good. Of course occasionally service levels may not meet expectations for which we apologise. We will look into why you were not informed regarding delivery and respond to you accordingly. With regard to cost, then delivery cost is related to postcode and order value. We do absorb as much cost as possible but the cost of haulage has been increasing and unfortunatley we do have to reflect this in our overall pricing. We will investigate the delivery issue and hope the install of your products goes well.

I am very pleased with the final outcome of my transaction with the company.
It is though important to know that in certain instances, such as extended delivery times, an equivalent paver may be shipped.
The company are quite open about this but it is necessary to prompt the question.

Quick delivery though product not identical to sample
Delivery was quick although no warning of when it was coming at all which could have proved problematic. The Beton Ivory 1200x 300 slabs I received have the same coloration and print as the sample I purchased except with a significantly reduced surface texture. The slabs also say 'Ark Ivory' on the side leading me to think its not the same product as the Beton Ivory I ordered. That said the product is nearly identical and no chips or cracks all packaged fine. Prices are cheaper than many but be aware that delivery was more expensive - £40 in my case for 20 of 300 x 200 and 5 of 1200 x 300 plus some levelling accessories.
