Extra Properties Opiniones

I have had the pleasure of working with Ricky for the past year, and I have been extremely impressed with his professionalism, reliability and level of support.

From the outset, Ricky was instrumental in helping me acquire my business premises, and he has continued to be incredibly supportive throughout our tenancy. He is always responsive whenever issues arise, including unexpected repairs and maintenance matters, and he deals with them efficiently and professionally.

What I particularly appreciate is Ricky’s excellent communication and proactive approach. I never feel that I need to chase him or send reminders, as he takes ownership of matters and ensures they are followed through promptly.

Most importantly, Ricky makes both me and my business feel genuinely cared for and valued. His approachable manner, responsiveness and commitment have made managing the premises a much more positive and stress-free experience.
