We have been renting several different properties through various different agencies since the late 90s, and can honestly say that we have never found an agency that we could recommend until we came across Ricky. Where others are only in the game to make an easy profit, constantly letting you down with corner cutting and inflated prices, Ricky always goes above and beyond our expectations. He takes every job seriously, communicates very well and seems to genuinely care about both landlords and tenants. We thoroughly recommend his company and hope that his business will flourish, excellent service will be duly rewarded and the rest of the industry will be forced to catch up.

The communication was excellent, and Ricky kept me updated throughout the process. The job was completed as promised, and everything was done to the required standard.

Honesty, integrity, great communication. Found a superb tenant, good level of rent; managed the cleaning, moving in etc in an excellent manner.
