Great customer service and speedy delivery

Prescription goggles. Excellent from start to finish. Easy to navigate and order website, sending image of prescription online. Received PD(Pupil Distance Glasses) in post after a couple days, returned image online. Decided to change order after a few days, No problem. Asked for Goggles for a Christmas present. Goggles posted to me by Royal Mail 24. PERFECT Goggles and i can see where im skiing. Thank you & Happy Christmas Extreme Eyewear.

I have ordered a pair of lenses and supplied with my own glasses. I've been sent a prepaid box to send over my glasses and received them back with the new lenses in. Unfortunately the prescription i have sent was wrong but Simon has been super nice and communicative and worked with me to get a new pair of lenses under the same order, at no extra cost. I am super pleased with the experience from Extreme Eyewear and i would recommend it to anyone

Absolutely brilliant service!
I needed a pair of prescription sunglasses delivered before I left on a long trip abroad, I mentioned my leaving date and the team at Extreme Eyewear were excellent. The order was sent to the Oakleys Italian branch and my new prescription sunnies arrived to me in just 11days!

Superb service from beginning to end …had payment problems at first ,this being my doing ,and this was swiftly resolved by Simon who guided me through the process professionally …once order was placed it was two weeks before my lovely Oakley turbine with gen 8 prescription transition lenses arrived and I am delighted with them ..absolutely amazing and can now keep my old m frame yellow lenses in a drawer as I don’t see me using them again after wearing the fantastic gen 8 prescription transition lenses ..thank you so much extreme eyewear my partner will no doubt be in touch as she fancies a pair also ..great value and wonderful professional staff …

I'm writing to let others know about their excellent customer service, and that I am very happy.

I ordered a pair of Flak 2.0 XL Oakleys with prescription. I am asian, and I had previously tried the non-prescription version in the Oakley store (with the larger nose pads), and they fit perfectly - hence I ordered a prescription version with Extreme Eyewear.

They arrived beautifully packed, but the lenses are much thicker because of the prescription. I hadn't accounted for that, and the edge of the lenses scrape my cheek. Extreme Eyewear were nice to suggest re-ordering a new pair of lenses (Flak 2.0 non-XL). It took about another 1.5-2 weeks to arrive (custom ordered at Oakley), and they also posted packaging materials (box, bubblewrap envelopes) and a prepaid label to return the first set of lenses.

First time order of prescription Oakley sunglasses. The order took just under three weeks from start to delivery 👍 Prescription was spot on and the frames are exactly as advertised 👍👍 they came with a case and a free gift. Very happy with purchase and will definitely order again.

What a fantastic company! Website is super easy to use. They send out a frame to measure your PD accurately and the whole process was quick and without issue. I ordered varifocal RX Oakleys and they are amazing. The best thing is that Extreme Eyewear had a much better price than competitors. Thanks very much to the whole team!

Just wanted to say how good the customer support with this company is I have had two incidents with my glasses neither of which were to do with the product quality which was superb- Oakley varifocals -on both occasions the customer support if getting repairs sourced through warranty has been brilliant. Price and lead tines for the actual product has been good too. Would never go back to the high street now.

Ray Ban prescription order

I can’t recommend enough.

I ordered a pair of ray-ban prescription glasses but messed up the order by putting the wrong prescription in the order box. When I realised my mistake I contacted them and they ordered another pair for me straight away and sent me a postage paid box for the incorrect ones to be returned. It was my fault but they replaced at no cost, didn’t even charge me for the return postage!!!
I’m actually speechless at the level of customer service, I’ve never witnessed anything like it before.

Oakley Plazma Lenses.

In the past few years I’ve tried Zeiss, Essilor and Glazes Direct lenses. None compare to the genuine Oakley lenses. Yes they are more expensive, but they are absolutely worth it. Don’t skimp, pay the extra and enjoy the greatest lenses money can buy.

I was a bit hesitant to order prescription lens online, but they're really professional and caring about their customers. Next time we need glasses we even consider traveling that far (4+ hours) and do a bit of sightseeing before/after we pay them a visit :)

After an initial conversation over the phone I decided to take the plunge and order some Oakley sunglasses with prescription lenses. There was a two week estimate of a turn around time and the product arrived well within this timescale.

The sunglasses themselves are so much more than I expected. I have had Oakley sunglasses in the past so I knew what to expect, but I have to say that the lenses were absolutely perfect. The prescription was spot on and overall I am extremely satisfied with the order. I also received an ellipse hard/soft case which I wasn't expecting plus a t-shirt as a free gift!

I have been recommending this company to more or less anyone who will listen. I'm so pleased I found this company and would not go anywhere else, fantastic service.

Great service but this company goes the extra mile needed advice on smearing lenses they not only gave advice but sent a sample of cleaner to better explain.
Have had two pairs of Oakley from them and I can only say the whole experience has been TREMENDOUS which makes a nice change fro the usual crappy service from most opticians who are normally only interested in trying to irritatingly up sell you.
Highly recomended.

I don’t normally write reviews but this company is exceptional. Amazing customer service - couldn’t have been more helpful. They kept me informed of progress for my prescription lenses and pulled out all the stops to get them to me just before Christmas. Can’t recommend them enough. Will definitely be using them again to order more in the new year. Fantastic!
