I'm absolutely overjoyed with the personal service received from Matt at Repair Glasses! He gave me the best price by far and was honest about another repair, which saved me some money. While other places said my Ray-Ban sunglasses couldn’t be fixed, Matt created a solution that works great, and he's even guaranteed it for 6 months. I've already started telling my friends and colleagues about Matt and would go back to him if I need anything in the future.

very positive experience. You package up and send the glasses yourself. i used royal mail pick up at home service. Before you know it they are back and repaired.

What a fantastic service. I paid £29.99 and my glasses that had a broken arm were repaired perfectly and send back to me so quickly. I posted on Wednesday and they were back fixed and perfect Friday morning. Amazing service. Thank you!

Fantastic experience. Sat on my prada sunglasses, shearing plastic from the hinge. After speaking to a couple of repair shops, was told they couldn’t be fixed. No idea how I found Repair Glasses but spoke to Matt, who miraculously repaired and returned. I will be recommending to family and friends. Many thanks! 🙏

Clearly, this is some kind of mystical Wizards cave that you send your glasses to where they chant and wave a magic spell over them and the glasses re-generate - it can't be possible for humans to mend things that have been this mashed up, surely? I literally stood almost full weight on my glasses, they were all bent up and and arm had fallen off and I thought they were beyond repair. Clearly not, thanks to the Wizards! Sent on monday, back repaired and through my door by Wednesday. Ridiculous. Thanks Gandalf x

Absolutely wonderful service from these guys They have recently repaired 2pairs of Marc Jacob’s reading glasses belonging to my granddaughter, which had been stood on. They couldn’t be worn . Within a few days they were returned in brand new condition. There was a one issue, which I had created, and was sorted within an hour of me sending the enquiry. Would highly recommend.

I am gobsmacked and so have to write this review. After sitting on my specs in the car I panicked. Found these guys and sent Monday, came back Thursday like a new set of glasses. Cannot recommend highly enough, so many thanks.

Great service. I was a bit concerned as it’s a residential address, but don’t worry about that. I sent my glasses off for a new arm hinge and they came back like new. I even had a phone call telling me the part that was needed wasn’t in stock, and so there was going to be a delay. I posted the glasses in on Monday and they were still back with me on the Friday. So not really a delay after all. Good communication & good repair.

Absolutely fantastic! Had new nose piece soldered to my Ray Ban prescription glasses as one had come away. They were done very very quickly and received back in 48hrs looking like brand new! I am so happy and would highly recommend! Thank you so much

Snapped my otherwise immaculate Ray Ban Wayfarers in two across the bridge. Sent them off to Repair Glasses on Monday, had them back by Friday and I genuinely can't see the join!
No-nonsense £25 fee saved me paying out to replace them. Fantastic job - highly recommended.

This is a serious, legitimate business - have no fear of sending in your glasses. If you pay for express post in both directions (quite cheap), you should have your all-important glasses back in 3-4 days. I broke the bridge on my glasses after leaning on them once too often - the welding repair is nearly invisible and after 3 months of constant wear is holding up beautifully, despite the bridge being extremely thin and delicate. Lovely.

I have sent my glasses here three times over the last 12 months or so. I sat on them twice and had an RTC once whereby the airbag knocked the lenses out and cracked the frame / bent the arm. Every time they come back like new a few days later like magic. A really outstanding company.

Matt has adjusted / repaired numerous pairs of specs for me at minimum cost and is much more helpful than high street opticians.

I can’t recommend Matt and his sunglass repair service highly enough. He accepted a repair job that most places wouldn’t even consider, and it was clear from the start that it wasn’t going to be an easy fix. Despite the challenge, Matt took it on with confidence, skill, and real attention to detail.
The result was outstanding—far better than I expected. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely takes pride in their work, but Matt absolutely does. Fantastic service, great communication.
If you have a tricky repair and think it might be beyond saving, give Matt a try. He proved that even the tough jobs can be brought back to life.

Matt could not have been more helpful, considerate and professional. He took my glasses on with a broken molded nose pad, I had though irreparable, but after a few photos he asked me to send, he replied with a couple of options. I sent the glasses off and he kindly rang me to update me of the repair and posted them back to me within a few days of me sending them out to him! He is trusting and so very skilled. I cannot recommend him and his business enough. He had also polished the frames and they were like brand new! So grateful.

Fantastic repair of RayBan sun glasses.
My old highly prized RayBans were damaged. I sent them for repair and they came back like new two days later. Fantastic service.
