From the initial contact to the installation, everything was carried out in a friendly and professional manner. The install was carried out very skilfully and tidily. The system was connected to my smart TV. How to use the system was explained in detail, demonstrated and also the necessary app was installed on my phone, from my experience I would certainly recommend eyesec.

I had to cancel appointments for Installation on two occasions. My phone contact was quickly answered and new appointments made efficiently with no hint of the frustration there must have been. Every member of staff I’ve had contact with has been professional, patient, pleasant and efficient. They’ve been respectful of my home both inside and out and took great care to ensure the site was left clean and tidy as possible. Thank you.

It was a long afternoon installing 2 cameras, front and back door, but Jaimie did a great job. The wires had to go in the attic; box went to the study; and eventually the cameras were working front and back doors! Jaimie also restarted the original alarm that was installed several years ago!

Chris was on time and was polite, friendly and professional. He was thorough and informative as he reviewed the property. He completed the installation more quickly than I expected. He set up the TV and mobile phone connections and showed me how they worked. All equipment and rubbish was cleared away. Very pleased with the quality of the pictures from the cameras.
