I thought I was signing up for a camera upgrade, what I got was a doubling of camera numbers resulting in a Fort Knox level of security. The planning and installation staff used my old cameras to cover parts of my property which previously were in a blind spot. Everyone involved was extremely helpful, the installation engineer who was on site the longest explained what was going on and how he would do it, he was a very experienced and personable gentleman who was very easy to get on with. This is my third encounter with this company and whilst they aren't the cheapest their service explains why. Great Team.

Martin the engineer was on time everything was fitted in a very clean manner . He went through the system with me after he installed the system

we had no problems getting information about how the system works, he was clean and tidy while installing the system, and made sure that we had no questions before he left.

AThe man arrived 3 hours late and finished the job at 8.00pm. As a result his instructions were rather rushed and the sheet he left was not helpful. I currently have no power to the doorbell and camera at the front and am awaiting help from the company.

Very tidy and fast. Also explained every thing.

The gentleman was courteous, personable, and answered questions clearly and so that I could understand. He was also most tolerant of my two great grandchildren who were running around the lounge where we wre sitting and learning.

It took 2 years 4 installs and multiple camera changes to get the system working. Im left with 1 camera that has filled with water. So that useless.
Had them call round and knock on the door recently. I told them that I had it already installed and that there system and service is poor for a better word. Nether time they bothered to ask why. They walked away and put the phone down.

You rang me to resell me a system. I told your sales team that I found your system and customer service very substandard. That's when the phone went down. No questions as to why. My surname is mchugh. You will find me on your system. You will be able to see why I posted a negative comment.

The guy who came was really friendly he didn't mind the dog and was thorough with the installation of the cameras, though a mistake was made he quickly put it right he showed me how the new cameras worked and checked my phone and tablet were receiving the pictures and information. I'm really pleased I would give him 5 stars anyday. Also the lady who took the payment was really nice she has a really good friendly attitude this makes all the difference.

Neat and tidy installation. The technician set up the recorder and talked is through the settings and how to save or delete notifications.Very pleased.

Eyesec was working in our area,eyesec came knocking on our door and asked if we wanted cameras putting up for security, they explained everything to us and we went ahead,although everything seemed to move very quickly, we had them installed a few days later, the service and the staff very efficient could not fault them in any way, even though they explained everything on how to work your cameras and give you brief instructions i think they could explain things in more detail, they is a free phone number to call if you have any questions which I have rang and they are coming back out to show me in more detail how to use it, very satisfied

Installed camera in central position showing maximum view and not has surveyor advised leaving it watching a brick wall.

Excellent service, the engineer arrived during the time allotted. He confirmed where the cameras were to be placed and the placing of the cabling. Everything was quickly up and running with minimal disruption to the household. The engineer went through the setup of the system and how to use it through both the television and the phone app. He left everything neat and tidy, taking all waste. He even left a quick user guide and explained where to find the full user guide.

The initial appointment was booked very quickly after my phone call requesting a quote.
The product was fitted the same week.
The fitters were excellent and knowledgeable. A minor issue was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Jamie came to install our cameras today. He was very friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable, giving us good advice and help. The cameras were installed professionally with tidy workmanship.
