Ben was exceptional from start to finish. Clear, honest, and straight to the point. No jargon, no pressure, just solid advice and a plan that actually stacked up.

I strongly urge you all to not use this company. My experience has been awful to say the least and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. First I was told it would be quick and easy, I then didn’t hear back from this business for multiple days which clearly indicates that they lied about a quick turn around, and when they finally contacted me, the offer presented would’ve actually put me in a far worse situation financially and it was borderline criminal. The experience has been awful to say the least. I strongly urge you all to look elsewhere because these guys will not help you and will put you into a far worse situation that you do not want to endure. The fact that they tried to blame my business not being busy enough is absolutely absurd. I own and run a barbershop/salon that often sees me booked out weeks in advance and I have a turn over of more than $10k a month which is the minimum requirement. Poor form guys, really poor form!

Hi James, thanks for taking the time to leave this feedback — and we’re sorry your experience felt frustrating and disappointing.
A couple of important clarifications: Ezy Pzy Finance is a business loan introducer, not a lender. That means we don’t set approval decisions, limits, or pricing — each lender assesses an application against their own credit and cashflow criteria and can approve, reduce, or decline for reasons that aren’t always visible to us upfront.
In your case, we submitted your application to multiple lenders and all but one declined. The only option we were able to secure was a small facility through a lender, which is why that was presented. We understand that amount (and the terms attached) may not have been helpful for your situation — and you are absolutely right to decline any offer that doesn’t improve your position. We never want a client to take finance that makes things harder.
On the communication side: you’re also right to expect timely updates. Given that you you experienced a lack of updates / communication, that’s not the standard we aim for. Some lender assessments can take longer than expected depending on document verification and individual lender backlog due to the holidays.
Lastly, regarding the comment about your business being “not busy enough”: what lenders typically look at is not how booked out the calendar is, but what’s evidenced in bank statements and business financials (consistent income, expenses, existing liabilities, dishonors and cash buffer).
We'd love to help every person who applies with us, but in some cases our hands are tied when our lenders come back with limited offers.
