The transfer time can occasionally be slower than expected. However, the support team is professional, responsive, and provides effective assistance. Overall, the service remains reliable

Scamming, waiting 6 days, but still haven't received money yet

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
I transferred 19,500 AUD and was told the refund would take 0–5 business days. It has now been nearly three weeks with no refund, no clear explanation provided despite multiple requests. All I receive are vague promises that it is “being processed.”
This is a large amount of money that I urgently need to resolve important matters. The delay is unacceptable and has caused serious stress and financial disruption.
Handling customers’ funds without transparency or accountability is deeply concerning. I expect immediate action and a clear resolution.

The system says that I will receive the money within 24 hours, but in reality the payment is almost always delayed. Out of 10 transfers, 7 times the money arrived much later than the promised time, and sometimes it even took up to 5 days. This is really unprofessional and unreliable service.

This app has been holding my money for 5 days without processing the transaction or issuing a refund. This is very poor service.

Worst in Australia. Always hold money for no reason. Just automated replies. Same questions over and over. Please stay away. Otherwise you’ve to wait so long….
