Call waiting time was more than 40 minutes. This week itself I sent money 2 times, each times it took 5 days to receive. Not anymore.

I have been with pfg smart credit for so many years and consider the staff as a family. I can say that all my transactions were received by my recipients. There are some cases where in there were delays but that is understandable no organisation is perfect. I just hope that you continue in doing and finding ways to give good service to your customers. Don’t be satisfied with what you have now but strive to do better and be always competitive.
