F1 Tickets needs to improve its customer service
Purchased a weekend (3-day) pass on April 16, 2026, for the Second Chicane at the Italian Grand Prix. In late May, this company told me that no more tickets were available for this stand (how could I pay 1033 euros for the pass, then?). They offered me two choices: a full refund, or they would find me tickets in the "same category" - "rest assured," they said. I took the swap, believing they'd find me an equal weekend pass. As always, they hold their tickets until a week or two before the event. You can guess my shock when I got to Gate D on Friday to find that I had the wrong entry ticket. The anticipated weekend pass was for Saturday ONLY. And the kicker? The one-day ticket was only worth 223 euros. Since I was now at the circuit, I received help from TicketOne dotcom on-site staff, who showed me where one-day tickets were still available. For another 690 euros (taken from my pension savings), I was finally able to attend the track action - albeit after a delayed entry. Partial refund of excess payment (after service fees, and with a mild apology) finally received one week later after repeated attempts to contact F1 Tickets. The lesson? Take the full refund next time and shop for tickets from any trustworthy seller.
