I am most unhappy with the service. I booked the Main Grandstand ticket as early as 13th Aug 2026 when it was opened. I have been following up on payment processing and have been getting some insincere cheap apologies when I called. The call number on the website was +1 718-682-7493 which is an American number and I was getting office close message. When I called at an odd time from Australia, I was informed that I was speaking to someone in Monaco. Again a cheap apology despite informing the supervisor the number is a US number. Since I booked the very expensive Main Grandstand tickets for my family of 6, I on 21st Aug 2026 requested for the North Section at the Sepang Internal Circuit. When I finally got the ticket today, it was at South seating which was not good at all. Again when I called the US number, I was connected to a supervisor in Monaco who offered an insincere cheap apology. I wanted to escalate and she refused let me speak to someone senior and she hung up on me. This is a very poor unprofessional behavior!!! I expected that you honour my request for North seat as this request was made early enough. It is not fair and highly rude and unprofessional

Charging 50% fees. charge more than 900 euros delivering tickets which have much lower price of 600 euros. It seems F1 tickets is reselling tickets with dynamic prices, but without being clear and transparent about it towards the customer. Besides of the higher fees uplift ticket prices significantly, they charge also handling fees.

Check their terms and conditions where they legally protect their way of working, so it’s your problem when you discover you have paid way too much.

untrustworthy and unethical company which is just a reseller, making misuse of Formula 1 brand. Not transparent about real costs of offered tickets. No customer benefits which justify high fees.

Advice : buy your F1 tickets always at the promotor and avoid doing business with this company

Scammers! DO NOT BUY from this site. Even tho it’s the official F1 site, it turns out that they are resellers. They add 30% to adults tickets from the original price and up to 400% to junior tickets. I paid 200€ for a 40€ ticket. They said that they do not sell junior tickets, which is their right to do as a reseller, it is but so unethical. They could have sell it for 80-100 but nooo. 200€…

Is this scam? The prices are more expensive then many other websites and this is the official website for F1 ?

100% ticket scalper, they buy wholesale from the official ticketer (generally the racetrack or owners) and then resell on their website at a hugely inflated price - In Feb paid €1,900 for 2 x Imola 2025 GP tickets, they became available for download a few weeks ago and have a face value of €1,250, tickets listed on racetrack website as "Full Price €720". So, they may be the "official" F1 ticket agency, but they obviously both condone & practice ticket scalping as I got no add-ons, no package, simply the bare bones tickets so how does that justify a massive loading on the actual ticket price. SCALPERS !

They charged us 195 EUR + 8 EUR handling, and then sent a ticket with price 150 EUR. Moreover, they told us that small kids have to pay the full price to enter the race, and at the race, we discovered that kids could enter for free. Never again! Avoid it!!!

Ik zou met mijn vader naar de GP van Oostenrijk gaan. Mijn vader was in Februari door een skiongeluk in een coma beland, nadat hij wakker werd had hij natuurlijk revalidatie nodig waardoor wij niet meer konden gaan. Ik had dus gebeld naar dit bedrijf (18-6-2025) met de vraag of wij ons geld terug mochten. De man aan de telefoon hielp erg mee en zei dat zolang wij de tickets niet zouden downloaden wij ons geld terug zouden krijgen. Nadat de GP is geweest ziet mijn moeder ineens een mailtje dat de refund is geweigerd. Ik bel hun (3-7-2025) en de teamleider beginnen de hele tijd over de “policy” waarin staat dat je geen geld terug kan krijgen. Door de aardige man van eerder hebben wij dus ook de kaarten aan niemand kunnen geven. Wij zijn nu €900 kwijt, mijn vader kan niet meer werken en mijn ouders moeten het gaan doen met wat ze hebben. Harteloos bedrijf. Koop niet van ze.

Although this seems to be the official F1 Ticket store, they sell tickets more expensive than they actually are (the real ticket price can be seen on the actual ticket). Additionally their customer service is extremely low reactive. I had to call multiple times, sent multiple emails and WhatsApp's and only received a reply after three weeks. I can only recommend all of you to buy F1 tickets directly from the track where the Grand Prix is happening, as it will be way less expensive there.

Booked tickets for the Imola GP this weekend, through Formula1.com Ticket Store as really want to see Lewis Hamilton race for Ferrari in Italy - you think its going to be a reputable company as it claims to be the Official Formula1.com, but it's not an official ticket seller at all, its a re-seller and charges way above ticket face value (not that there's anywhere on their website that tells you this). Bought and paid for the tickets in Partenza 3 Grandstand, but website says that the seats are allocated around a week before the event. Turns out our seats are so low down that we have a barrier and a mesh fence directly in front of us, and limited track view (according to the Online chat at the actual circuit). I've paid over £1700 for two tickets and am so disappointed. Called F1.com 'Customer Services' to complain to be told nothing can be done and advised to try going to the ticket office at the track to see if they can do anything, or look for any spare seats higher up in the grandstand (Italian GP, there won't be any!). Then an apparently higher up person said she will have to look into it as she doesn't know the track layout and will email me back. Of course no email as yet, with 4 days to go, and from reading others' experiences, I don't expect anything will be done at all. So disappointed in this company, totally misleading, take your money and then give you the worst possible seats. Lesson learned, I will never use them again - Please always book direct and avoid the misleading Formula1.com 'Official' company.

This is the worst experience I have had. This company is a joke! They have falsely advertised on their website that 1 day and 2 day tickets are sold out. They only had 3 day tickets available which I purchased 9. I have checked with F1 Saudi Arabia and they have lots of tickets available for 1 day 2 day and many more. I was told they don’t sell 1 day or 2 days and they only sell tickets for 3 days. But they show on line they are not available and make it look like they were sold. I will be taking legal action and suing them. Do not use this company!!!! The customer service is so dreadful. They have not issued my tickets and I told them to cancel my order. I am demanding a full refund!

Today I bought tickets for F1 in Barcelona on the official website. After purchasing I started receiving advertising from other sites with tickets for the same stand for 30% less. how is it possible?
the websites are: goo tickets, P1 travel and motosports tickets.

website is really missleading, offical seller and F1 TV i assumed (yes i know you should never assume!) I was buying from souce and paying face value, only when i started to research campsites did i find out they are a re -seller and ive paid over £300 more. absolutely gutted. obviously happens loads to people and their T&C's have them covered for refunds as they are well aware the advertising on thier site is missleading!

SO FAR SERVICE HAS BEEN SHOCKING. INDICATED ON WEBSITE TICKETS FOR JAPAN 2024 WERENT ON SALE TILL 10 DEC , TURNS OUT THEY ARE ON SALE MID NOVEMBER. I HAD REGISTERED MY EMAIL AND RECIEVED NO WARNING THEY WERE ON SALE. MANAGED TO BUY TICKETS ONLINE, NOW CANT LOG IN. HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THEM BUT NOBODY ANSWER PHONE OR RESPONDS TO EMAIL. NO EMAIL PASSWORD RESET ISSUED. FOR THE OFFICIAL SITE THIS IS SHOCKINGLY BAD SO FAR

Purchased F1 TV Access as I wanted to watch the formula 1 races online.
Only to be informed after contacting customer services that if you live in Ireland you cannot watch the races.
I requested a refund and only after I mentioned I would take this matter further to a solicitor if they did not refund my money, they refunded me. That speaks for itself - complete scam.
Please do not allow yourself to be scammed by the likes of these people. Go elsewhere and use an alternative site.

Since this is officially affiliated with the Formula 1 website, you'd expect some level of customer service.

I bought tickets for Spain 2023 and almost immediately afterwards realised I had a date clash and couldn't use them.

I posted a message (within 2 days) asking for the order to be cancelled. This has simply been ignored. I can see the message, but there's no acknowledgement. That's my money gone into a hole in the ground.

The company is based in Monaco, so the normal customer protections you'd expect are absent.

I think Formula 1 should be ashamed to be associated with this. I wish I'd read Trustpilot beforehand.
