BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE ... EVER !!!
To start with.. a dozen generously discounted candles in jars...
Next... a reasonable delivery cycle for the 12 fragile and heavy candles...Packed in 2 strong cardboard boxes each partitioned off with slots and well placed bubble wrap.. I'm next to 90 and ..the delivery man carried the heavy box and set it safely down...YES.. PERFECT !

Do not order from this company! What they advertise is not what you receive. They refuse to send me a pre paid postage label to send the product back, and expect me to pay for the return and loose out on money! Absolutely ridiculous. First and last time ordering from FabFinds!!!!

Terrible customer service, sent me the wrong items and i have to pay to send it back. Will never order from them again. And will literally tell everyone i know. Fab finds sent food that is near the expiry date, when I complained I am told to return the foods at my expense. Do not trust them to solve your complaint and don’t expect a satisfactory solution, why should I pay for their errors😡😡😡

Poor delivery time, order not arrived
I ordered wrapping paper on the 21st of November and it’s the 9th of December and I still haven’t received it yet. It was supposed to be 2-5 working days for delivery

Ordered 5 packs of upvc cleaning wipes…
Ordered 5 packs of upvc cleaning wipes on 19th October, received an email informing items were ready to be shipped on 22nd October and to track with Royal Mail. Royal Mail tracking stated that they were waiting for the package, paid £4.95 postage and packing. Emailed fabfinds today 1st November as no package has arrived only to be informed they cannot find my order. Inefficient and would never use this company again.
