Excellent customer service! In quite a large order, a single item (costing one pound) had been confused with a similar item and the wrong one sent. My email enquiry was dealt with very promptly and courteously and a replacement was on its way within minutes.
Very satisfied Customer
After finding myself unable to source the product locally I ordered from OPS. Excellent communication from them, email asking to review the order, another thanking me for ordering, a further with information regarding the dispatch of my order. Order arrived via my super efficient EVRI courier perfectly securely packaged in a sturdy box within 2 days. Will definitely be using this company again. 5 stars.
Great company for affordable items across different categories
Initially a bit sceptical given some of the reviews on here about their packaging and customer service but with my experience ordering from them for the first time, I think they've definitely taken in the feedback and worked on the points of customer concerns and improved their service! Placed my order 16th (with their standard shipping) and it was dispatched using next day service on the 18th and delivered on the 19th. Packaging was very good and secure with plenty of thick cardboard which could easily be recycled. All items I ordered were included and undamaged. I will definitely be buying from again.

I placed an order on 5th November and have never received any correspondence or item. Emails bouncing back. Not sure what to do re refund

I ordered about £55 worth, some items £1, some dearer, and all in all was very good value. However, one item was missing. It was one of the £1 items so don't feel the need to complain too much! Received fairly quickly.

I purposely bought extra items to qualify for free shipping and when I paid with Apple Pay I noticed I was charged more than it said on the website. When I checked it I’d been charged £6.99 for delivery.
£6.99 for delivery, ordered on the 5th and still waiting on the 17th!

Delivery time 5 days but okey. Ordered for 60£ and my package come with missing item and broken laundry detergent so everything in box was soaked from it. Hair dye was soaked in detergent and after I removed the box I realised it was broken as well open so I can’t use it either. Customer service offered me refund of 20% for hair dye and laundry detergent it’s a joke . Never order again .

Never recieved order … but the store sent again thankyou
Order over £120's worth of things on 13/11/2025 got an email update on the 19/11/25 saying dispatched so clicked the link to track with evri which just said "your parcels at the delivery depot and we'l let you know when its out for delivery" AAAAND I never heard anymore , checked daily on the evri app until 27th November it still said the same thing at depot and then suddenly on 28th November its saying delivered on the 19/11/25 @8pm. Which of course it wasn't nothing on my ring doorbell, no card in door saying left in safe place, no proof of delivery on app no picture of any parcel at my address or neighbours. Very annoying !!
However after reaching out to the store they resent my parcel with dpd which I recieved the next day and nial was brilliant thankyou very much!!

Placed an order on 11/10/25 and I still haven’t received my order or any updates via email on when my order might be shipped/delivered, it’s still appearing as processing and it’s coming up to 2 weeks now since I placed the order…I’ve emailed to enquire - no response…I’m beginning to think it may never arrive and I’ve now wasted £53

They have now got back to me via email as you can see in their response to this review…sadly, they have the nerve to blame Evri for “losing” my parcel in transit which is a lie as I can see that Evri have yet to receive it…they’ve offered to redeliver my parcel via next day delivery or alternatively issue a refund to which I’ve responded requesting a refund, but my emails/responses are failing to deliver to their email address! “The recipients email system refused to accept a connection from your email server” Which is probably why they didn’t receive my previous email as mentioned in the first place!

A huge thank you to Nial at OPS for getting back to me and has now processed me a refund, thankfully! I assume he has seen/used this review as a means to access information about my order and to rectify the problem, he was very helpful and apologetic in his email to which I am very grateful!

Expired 2018 Hair permanent colour
Expired hair colour permanent dye was sent. Nine boxes of expired colours. Boxes were dated 2018 with mould and fungus and half are empty. Shocking !! After opening the box our room was stinking with bad odour and boxes were too damp wet and mouldy. Our hands become greasy and mouldy with green fungus. This is serious breach of consumer protection laws and products safety. I received refund. Wasted a lot of time to sort this. Asking me to send the pictures which I did. Will be reporting to Trading Standards UK. Don't buy any products from this Company. Cheap but you will be cheated. Worst ever experience in the life.

Toothpaste Bulk Order
I needed to order toothpaste. Because I was buying a large amount I had a few preliminary questions. They were very good about replying and sending me a photo of their stock. The parcel arrived within 24 hours. Thanks Nial.

Excellent Selection and Customer Service
My flatmate and I were impressed with the selection and prices, and stocked up on cleaning products for the year. The 3rd party courier messed up the delivery, losing half the order, but Nial at OPS customer service was great and got everything 100% sorted again within 24 hours. Will be back!
Amazing service, even when things don't go according to plan.
Always had good experiences with OPS, but they went above and beyond on this order. I chose for my parcel to be delivered by Evri as it was cheapest, but two weeks later, I hadn't received it and the Evri tracking was coming up with all sorts of excuses. I contacted OPS and they discovered that these were indeed just ridiculous excuses and that my parcel had been damaged in transit - this is on Evri 100%, not OPS, especially since they don't force you to choose Evri as a delivery option. They emailed me back and offered to resend the order at no extra cost through DPD Next Day delivery, which I was amazed by. Absolutely brilliant service and I'll continue to use them instead of any other similar store when need be.
