All the staff are so helpful especially as I am unable to wear certain types of shoes and but am never made to feel pressured into buying

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes Monday night and they were dispatched the following day. I received my package Wednesday. Will definitely be shopping there again!

Such a pleasant experience
The most friendly comfortable shop experience.. I tried on lots of shoes and I didn’t feel rushed the two ladies couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I needed a pair of heels to wear to a wedding and couldn't get to the shop. I rang the shop and the girl I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and suggested I order the shoes via the website with DPD delivery. While delivery can take 2 to 3 days, I ordered the shoes online at 2 pm on a Wednesday and they were delivered to my office in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Fabucci.
