I bought a lovely pair of boots in the sale, which I might add are fabulous and the sockets with a sparkle they are fab too!

Fantastic customer service, ordered online, i forgot to apply discount code at checkout, which was refunded following day when I emailed, absolutely love my Marian shoes and matching clutch for my daughters wedding on New Years Eve

The most important reason for giving a max rating is that I made a minimum price purchase of two pairs of velvet shoe laces from Fabucci. Only one arrived. The day after I ordered btw which was incredibly fast. I rang the shop and the loveliest lady remembered my name from my order and said it was her fault entirely. The price of the second pair of laces is less than the price of postage and she insisted on getting the second pair posted to me straight away. This shop made a loss to provide a hugely honourable customer first commitment and I can’t recommend them enough. I looked specifically on Google for velvet laces and trustpilot recommended this shop I had never heard of. I have looked through the rest of the website and most definitely will purchase from them directly for a pair of shoes so that they can recoup their loss. Honestly I work hard for not that much and Fabucci deserves to have money spent in Ireland in a small business that operates a customer first policy. On reviewing the website they also offer a really varied selection of products. I’m interested in alternative and unusual items, I also found some interesting things that my mum could wear for comfort and style in her mid 80s. My 23yo daughter has been looking also so that age range is unusual for most off mainstream shoe shops. Well deserved 5 star review and I usually question all lesser service to customers. Not here. Bravo. Apologies for the long review but I’m very picky about my spending and these guys are impeccable.
