Easy to order and came quicker than anticipated

All good, l think. This puzzle was purchased as a present for a friend. They were happy to receive it, but l cant comment as to the build and quality.

I bought this as a gift for my friend after receiving one myself last year which are so personal to the recipient one problem though had to purchase a frame from another company after not finding any on your website which was a shame because it's a big revenue to miss out on just my opinion though

Put in my order , didn't take long to get here packed well okay when opened picture on box is good , don't know about the puzzle 🧩🧩 pieces as the puzzle 🧩 is for a Christmas present but think they will be of good quality

The parcel arrived quickly and on time, but there were three pieces missing from the puzzle which is really disappointing, especially as it was a gift. Rather than a discount or refund, they only offer to send the remaining puzzle pieces, which is pointless given the puzzle has already been completed by the time you realise pieces are missing.

Feel ripped off as paid extra to get delivery in time for a gift - this didn’t happen and I was not refunded
