Quick and simple ordering. Delivered as promised

The puzzle was great. The site was easy to use and it arrived exactly as we wanted it. But the delivery was not so great. When I paid for the puzzle i selected the express construction and delivery option and was quoted a date for this. Once I’d paid, the date changed to one AFTER the original standard delivery date. In fact, three puzzle arrived even later than that. It was for a a surprise birthday present and almost missed the deadline entirely. Cost me extra money changing train tickets to wait for it to arrive. I tried to contact Venus Puzzle throughout- no response at all from them- until they sent me this survey. So, their customer service is poor even if the product is good.

I was a bit late ordering so was pleased with the Express service for the item to be delivered on time. I am unable to comment on the quality of the jigsaw itself, as it was a gift and the person who received it is having major building work done at the moment, so is unable to have the puzzle out.

Brilliant, quick service and delivery. Ordered puzzle for my dad's special birthday. He was really overjoyed with such a personal gift. Puzzle has a sharp image, is super quality and the box is fab... a quality product. have bought many birthday gifts over the years but this is by far the best! If in doubt, get one & judge for yourself.👍
