Fairfax & Favor Opiniones

Shopping with Fairfax and Favor is so easy, great website that always has a good range of stcok. Top quality products and packaging.

Excellent customer service and knowledge of product range, warm and friendly environment and a lovely cup of coffee

The staff in the Bawtry store are always really friendly, knowledgeable on products and willing to help. I would love to see a greater product offering in general from the brand, trousers, tops, jumpers etc. Cannot fault the service and products already purchased.

The whole experience with Fairfox& Favor was perfect. The order was dispatched the next day and arrived in beautiful packaging. The quality of my jacket is amazing. I am happy with my purchase and will return. Thank you and well done!

I purchased a sheepskin jacket online, it was half price in the sale and I thought it would be perfect for me - it is !! It arrived, beautifully packaged, earlier than expected. It is a quality item and I can’t wait to wear it when the weather gets colder. I am a UK size 8-10 but ordered a 12, so that I can wear jumpers underneath etc and it’s perfect. My only criticism of the jacket, is that it has a single zip down the front and not a double ended one - so I can’t zip it closed at the top, but have the bottom section open if I want to, which is a shame. However, it is still a gorgeous garment and it will be something I have for ever. It is so elegant and is a classic style, slightly A-line in shape over the hips and it sits just perfectly - I love it. It is a real quality item.
I had been into the store at Southwold earlier in the week and seen the quality of the clothing and boots - I tried some boots on with the help of a lovely young salesperson, Amelia, who was so welcoming - I’d definitely go back to that store - I will now start visiting the store in Stamford, which is my closest one.
I am new to the brand, but I have a feeling that I will soon become a regular customer.
Well done Fairfax and Favor.

Ordering was so easy and very quick to do. I was really surprised by how quickly my order arrived too. It was literally the 3rd day (because a weekend). The quality promised was excellent and i love my items.

Brilliant! Ordered online and within a few days I received the sandals which are gorgeous, of course.

My order was a beautiful wool Blazer & skirt the latest in a few of the best online orders from Fairfax & Favor
The items are absolutely gorgeous & will match perfectly with my lovely brown Regina boots .
They came as always, beautifully packaged & even before expected delivery time.
Thank you so much to Fairfax & Favor , I am making another wish list !

Lovely helpful lady in your Stow store. Unfortunately I had to order the jumper I wanted as the shop didn’t have my size in stock, so I was unable to try it on. However, she said it would be easy to return if necessary. I’m looking forward to retuning to Stow to browse again.

After all the teaser and hint and coming soon emails I knew I had toi have the bag. Ordered straight away less than 48 hrs its on my shoulder.
As usual from this brand the quality is high.
Site is easy to navigate and payment process is simple.

It was a seamless experience. The boots were at my door within days of ordering, UK to Vail, Colorado! Thanks so much.

A truly lovely piece. The Mahogany is particularly beautiful — deep, rich and wonderfully understated, with a warmth that sets it apart from an ordinary brown. The leather and finish are superb, and the whole piece feels timeless rather than simply fashionable. My first Fairfax & Favor leather purchase, and certainly not my last.

Really good service as always. The jacket is beautiful and of exceptional quality. Perfect fit!

Beautiful product and always prompt service. Beautifully packaged as an added bonus.

Exquisite and beautifully made bag. Pebbled leather is just phenomenal (would love more in this leather especially Tan and Chocolate Brown). Great size of mini bag (Town & Country Clutch Mini Bag) fits phone, keys, makeup and tissues. So many ways to wear this stunning bag. Excellent service from Fairfax and Favor as always.

It was a seamless experience from shopping until when I received my purchase. Fairfax & Favor is an amazing company with wonderful quality products. I highly recommend!

Very easy to order. Very fast delivery. Packaging was delightful to open

Great service and beautifully packaged items. Seem very well made, but the boots are too long to fit me from heel to back of knee. And on looking at the measurements on line, almost all of the knee high boots will sadly be too high.

I bought a size too small after visiting a store on a day out.
I took them to a different store as it was only an hour from me (as oppose to nearly 2 hours) i Bawtry.
The staff there couldn't have been more helpful or friendly and I thought it was a wonderful experience. They didn't really have anything to gain as I had already bought the boots - but it was so nice to interact with real humans!

As always, it’s very easy to find what I want and order my size. Then clear communication about timing of my delivery and everything being delivered on time means that the whole process ran smoothly.
