These are absolutely beautifully made boots but unfortunately do not fit my rather sturdy ankles so I’ve had to return them. Would you consider making these in a more generous fit!?

Beautiful boots but too long in the leg
Great service and beautifully packaged items. Seem very well made, but the boots are too long to fit me from heel to back of knee. And on looking at the measurements on line, almost all of the knee high boots will sadly be too high.

Brilliant experience at Bawtry stort
I bought a size too small after visiting a store on a day out.
I took them to a different store as it was only an hour from me (as oppose to nearly 2 hours) i Bawtry.
The staff there couldn't have been more helpful or friendly and I thought it was a wonderful experience. They didn't really have anything to gain as I had already bought the boots - but it was so nice to interact with real humans!

I purchased a gorgeous bag from the Morley store on Tues. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady but wow, she was excellent. I went in with an idea and she carefully listened to everything I wanted and showed me as many bags as it took until we found my perfect match. I felt like I had a personal stylist, really fantastic VIP service. And I saw that this treatment was given to everyone who walked through the door. Of course the bag is 5* Stunning.

Perfect experience
From browsing lots of different boots from different makers, to choosing F&F, then actually buying the ones I wanted, the website was great, and from purchase onwards the experience was exceptional. Delivery was perfect and the boots themselves are beautiful. I love them!

Exceptional Boots, Incredible Customer Care!
Fairfax & Favor’s customer service is genuinely world-class. I ran into a couple of hiccups on my end. First ordering the wrong shaft size, and later needing help with a sole issue. In both instances, their support team stepped in immediately to resolve everything seamlessly.
Combined with lightning-fast delivery and gorgeous craftsmanship, this has been one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. The boots are a absolute keeper and I couldn't be happier with the fit and quality!

We had such a lovely experience at Fairfax & Favor. The service was excellent from start to finish, and in particular, Martha was absolutely fantastic.
She was incredibly attentive and genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for. She was so helpful in suggesting different options, encouraging us to try different styles, and giving honest opinions and advice without ever making us feel pressured. Her knowledge, patience and lovely personality made the whole experience feel really personal and enjoyable.
Martha is a real credit to Fairfax & Favor — she went above and beyond to make sure we found the right options for us. It’s not often you come across someone who is quite so attentive, friendly and genuinely invested in giving customers a great experience.
We left feeling really happy with both the products and, most importantly, the service. Thank you, Martha, for making our visit so lovely — you were brilliant! We’ll definitely be back.
