Super impressed with all the staff at Fairway Energy. The customer service from Lilly was second to none. The guys that came out to fit my boiler and the vents and fans were amazing and were very thorough. All were super friendly and were fast and nothing was too much for them. The job was a massive job and it as expected had its difficulties but they worked it out and checked with me all the way. There was a little expected mess and they sent out a guy who was a sweetheart. He jet washed my patio, tidied up my kitchen tiles and steam cleaned my carpet. Nothing has been too much for this company and they put their customers at the forefront of everything making sure you are happy and at ease. This company go over and beyond and i shall certainly be using them again in the future and recommending them to family and friends.
well done guys i am so impressed with your working ethos and your kind and friendly staff.
I am absolutely blown away.

please do NOT use this company
please do NOT use this company, i had a heating system fitted on eco4 scheme. They left me with no hot water for 9 days,they broke tiles in my bathroom,fitted a second hand fan in my kitchen, broke a double glazed window in a bedroom, left a leaking pipe for 2 weeks before they came back to repair it, the pipework outside is being held up by bits of old pallet wood, the pipe insulation came off within a week, i was promised enough solar panels to work the system which they did not fit, they have now refused to do any of this as warranty work and will not give me their arbitration service to contact. this has been going on for over a YEAR they have lied continually the whole time. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We’re sorry to read your review and that you feel this way. For clarity, here are the facts regarding your installation and our follow-up:
· You were not left without hot water for 9 days – your system was operational on completion. This is also the first time you have raised the issue of no hot water.
· Some bathroom tiles were damaged. As they are discontinued, we offered £100 compensation or a close-match replacement, but this was declined.
· The bedroom issue was a window handle, not a broken double-glazed unit. This was scheduled to be fitted on our next visit.
· The kitchen fan was brand new and tested by a qualified electrician. This type of fan runs continuously at a low level, so a gentle whirring is normal.
· Four solar panels were originally proposed, but due to roof space limits, conservation rules, and safety considerations, only three could be installed. Panels are intended to supplement energy use, not guarantee zero running costs.
· We have never refused warranty work. After you informed us in August 2024 that you had raised your concerns with TrustMark and NICEIC, you stopped communicating with us. We have not been contacted by either body since, so it is unclear whether a formal complaint was ever lodged.
· The issues you now mention regarding a leaking pipe, pallet wood, and pipe insulation have never been raised with us before and this review is the first time we have heard of them, more than a year after installation.
We also note that we have not heard from you since 19 August 2024, when you advised us, the complaint had been passed on. We are happy to revisit your concerns if you could call us on 0151 559 1563 to discuss with a member of the team.
Fairway Energy is committed to carrying out work safely, within scheme rules, and to resolving concerns fairly.

After reviewing this with our operations team, we can confirm that the delay has arisen due to an unexpected emergency paternity leave within our installation team. While it is correct that the grant terms allow up to three months for works to be completed, we fully appreciate that this timescale is not ideal for you. Please be assured that your project is a priority for us, and we are working to arrange the earliest possible installation date for your solar panels to ensure the system delivers the benefits intended.

Shaun and Craig were great, very tidy and efficient. Very professional and talked through all the steps of what they were doing.
They had great patience with our 4 year old who wanted to help them do their jobs.

the perfect company for my energy needs
I recently used Fairway Energy through the ECO4 scheme and had a great experience. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and handled the process smoothly from start to finish. The work—upgraded insulation and a better heating system—was fully funded and completed to a high standard. My home is noticeably warmer, and I’m expecting to save on energy bills. Highly recommend!

Great experience
I had a great experience with this company They helped me get a new boiler through the ECO4 grant, and the whole process was smooth and really easy to understand
The sales team were really good it was Josh who Looked after us
