Would be 1* if it wasn't for the sales person Sooraj who was actually very helpful. Since agreeing to have the panels the service levels have been some of the worst I've had. I'd look elsewhere if i was you.

I had a good experience with this company. Was guided each step of the way through the application process for a new boiler. The staff on phone calls were friendly, and patient. The guys who fitted the boiler were efficient and respected my house. The only thing I think could be better, was the initial chap who came to assess the job for eligibility, didn’t explain enough what exactly would be involved in replacing the 40year old boiler, so that on installation day when the fitters were assessing the job it was much bigger and involved than ever I was expecting, and at 76 yrs old, on my own, I was completely overwhelmed. The fitters were very kind and gave me time to process everything, and then I went ahead and I am very glad I did.

These guys did a fantastic job. I have high standards and they didn't give me any room for complaints.
I would definitely use these people again.

Waited 6months after installation to review, fantastic company, all work carried out successfully for boiler replacement. No issues down the line. Clean and tidy and happy to answer any questions. Engineers Work checked over after a few days after. No issues since.

We qualified for a grant to replace our very old back boiler. What we got was a new boiler, new radiators and pipework, an extractor fan in the bathroom and the loft insulated. The team from Emerald Green turned up and worked almost without stopping for two days and the boiler and radiators were in and all working. They were all polite and friendly and answered my questions without any fuss. The loft insulation and extractor were done separately but with the same level of professionalism. There were a couple of minor cosmetic issues that I might have questioned if I'd been paying but not enough to warrant mentioning when it was free and I could sort them out myself. Overall I'm very happy with the service I was provided.

I had my insulation done several months ago, it's doing the job and it has held up very well so far. Only issue is that after the workers completed their work there was a bit of cleaning I had to handle other than that everything went fine.

Very nice and helpful people, Always answered my calls when needing advice . Would use again .

From start to finish, everyone was very professional! The workmen arrived on time and didn't leave until the job was completed, operating properly and we were shown how to operate the system. We would recommend Emerald green energy to anyone considering having insulation or boiler work on their home.

Emerald Green have been really good. They have attended and fitted the new boiler in good time, we are very happy with it alongside the extra insulation in the attic.

The central heating engineers were punctual, friendly and extremely efficient. Initially there was an issue with the pump which was nobody's fault. However, the engineer made a temporary fix whilst the issue was sorted by 8am the following morning. I would definitely recommend Emerald Green to anyone thinking of replacing their central heating boiler.
