You changed the price you quoted me. Raised it $200. My tonneau cover was all ripped up when it arrived at my destination. The people who received my truck said the driver was very friendly and helpful

Company never showed up to pick up our cars that were supposed to be shipped, left us scrambling from across the country to get a last minute car carrier, and never returned our security deposit. This company is a SCAM. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

They contacted me quickly and had a driver ready to pick up my vechile. We worked through a price discrepancy fairly, since I know firsthand how the price of gas fluctuates almost daily anymore

Call for a quote and when I decided to go with another company Falcon posted me on their board after the company I contacted. This is a petty company. It delayed my shipping. Don't use this company they have No morals

This is the worst and the most fraudolente company i have ever, they charged me wrongly and refuse to give me back my money that they owe me. THEY DONT DESERVE NO STARS.. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. THEY PRETEND TO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT..DONT USE THEM AT ALL...

I never review a company. This company cannot be trusted. I received an estimate and date for picking up my car. Two weeks later Falcon found a truck to transport my car; however the price was now more than DOUBLE. I asked for my deposit to be returned. They promised it would in a week. Then they extended their promise to 2 weeks. Then their system broke down... I still have not received my $150 deposit. They were responsive when I first called. They no longer respond to my polite inquiries.

After being burned before by a moving broker I was really leery about transporting a car I bought in Vegas. After dealing with Paul Jones, reading reviews and getting his phone number I went with Falcon Auto Transport. Everything in his sales pitch came thru 100%! Not one issue at all. Transporter was on time for the pickup and delivery later that same day in Phoenix. The drivers were very nice and took great care with the car. Highly recommend Falcon! Will definitely use them again!

we would highly recommend Falcon Auto Transport. We used their services for a coast to coast transport of our car. Very professional in all aspects. Communication was excellent through the whole process. John Gatsby promptly responded to all communication. He is a definite asset to this company. The truck driver was courteous and skilled. Our vehicle arrived in perfect condition on the date we expected.

I put some valuable items in the car to transport them across the country, and was delighted that they made it the whole way without being stolen.

Their responsiveness is unmatched and their human understanding is unique, especially @Alvin. I’ll always come back to them for business, its worth doing a million times. Trust them with your car and have peace of mind for prompt, save and perfect delivery.

This company is a scam.
I was gonna book with them because I was supposed to move. Yet plans changed and I dont need there services. So I politely request my $150 deposit back. Mind you they use the payment service Stripe, so I know for a fact it doesn't take that long to get a FULL refund.

My sales rep was Alvin he seems nice, but now I feel I'm being lied to. Just so they can keep my deposit. Even after Alvin stated that my refund is 100% refundable.
I asked for my refund on Sunday he told me I'd have to wait till Monday. Then he said I'd hear back from the billing team in 1hr Monday. 8hrs later I didn't hear anything, ans it's now Tuesday morning. No updates, No billing team, No $150 refund.
I would appreciate my full refund today. Cause this company feels like a scam.

Wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT do business with this company! My husband and I booked and paid a deposit for our car to be shipped from Washington to California for a military relocation. We booked weeks ago for pick up on 5/5. On 5/5 the driver called and said he would not be able to pick up and would be here in the morning on 5/6. On 5/6 the driver called my husband and said he was in our areas but could not pick up the car because the delivery was canceled by the dispatcher. We spoke directly to the dispatcher and it was actually canceled by falcon auto. They promised us it was all in error and they would call us back and arrange pickup. On 5/7 after booking extra hotel days and receiving no response from falcon we called back and we’re told they couldn’t find a carrier on the weekend and we would have to wait until next week. This was the most unprofessional, unorganized car company we have ever dealt with. NEVER BOOK through this transport company.

Although I was a bit nervous going with a company that I did not know, Falcon and their customer service team (especially Alvin) quickly put my worries to rest. They were able to get me the best price out of 6 companies I spoke with. I was able to get Alvin on the phone immediately every time I called. They were accommodating to my changing schedule and the car was delivered in record time in perfect condition. I will definitely use them again!

I inquired about having a car shipped from Florida to Ohio on 4-8-2023 and received a text and phone call from John Gatsby. On the phone he gave me a quote and after I stated I was getting numerous calls and texts from different companies, I wanted to do my research. He stated he could possibly offer me a discount or coupon.

On 4-10-2023, while doing my research, I was contacted by Mr. Gatsby again. He provided me the same quote and when I asked about discounts, he relayed that they were already giving me the lowest and realistic price in which my car could be easily shipped.

I accepted this price and we set up a date when the car would be picked up. We agreed on 4-13-2023 at 3pm. He emailed me a form to complete and requested a deposit. I confirmed the deposit amount and was told the balance would be paid at delivery. I noticed the form had a different pickup date than I was quoted, but Mr. Gatsby quickly had it corrected and sent me a new one. The deposit was paid and form signed with a pickup date of 4-13-2023 at 3pm.

4-13-2023 3 pm came and went. No phone calls, no pickup. I waited a while in case the driver ran into problems in finding the location, etc. I never received a call from anyone, so I called Mr. Gatsby at around 7pm. He said he would call me back. He did 45 minutes later with an excuse I accepted at that time. He also told me the car would be picked up the next evening between 3pm and 5pm. I called at 515 and left a message for Mr. Gatsby. He called me at 530pm stating he would have to find another driver and the car may not be picked up until that following week.

Of course this as unacceptable. I told him how I chose his company because he had a good rating and he was so nice with me, but now I was feeling skeptical and scammed. My elderly mother was waiting on this car in another state as she had no transportation and was expecting it by the 16th since that’s the latest time, I was promised it would be there.

Mr. Gatsby called me back stating he found another driver and the car would be picked up by the 16th or 17th, but it was going to cost me more.

WHY? Because Mr. Gatsby stated he had to find a quality driver to get my elderly mother the car.
Charge me another $85 for your delays, poor customer service and unreliable drivers.?? Ridiculous, but I needed to get my other this car.

He sent me a new Authorization form to fill out a in an email. I filled it out and expressed my frustrations at what was happening in the email with the form. He basically texted me, stated I just need to reply confirm. Then he called me telling me he knew I was mad but didn’t need all that in the email or the carrier would not pick it up. He was sending me another one to “just reply confirm.”

He sent me a text asking me to confirm. I did. Reluctantly, but defeated.

So, the carrier called me to confirm he would pick up on the 15th in the afternoon. It was picked up after by 7pm. The driver, Omar stated he would have it to my mother by 7am on Monday the 17th.

My mother called Omar around 8 or 9am on Monday because he had not shown up yet. He told her he ran into an issue and would not be there until 7pm.

He shows up closer to 8pm. My mother calls because he is asking for a cash payment. I speak with Omar and offered my credit card, the same credit card that Mr. Gatsby accepted for the deposit. Omar tells me NO, it’s Cash on delivery only. No checks. No credit cards. It must be Cash App, Venmo or cash.

I apologized for the lack f communication, but the information I had said payment on delivery, and nowhere did it say that payment had to be cash.

I do not have or use any of the payment methods Omar requested, so I had to call and ask a family member to do it for me so my mother could have the car.

I was promised by Mr. Gatsby that they would be in touch with me numerous times throughout the transaction with real time updates.

BULL CRAP

The car was delivered on 17th and Mr. Gatsby did not contact me until the 23rd. Then asks for a survey.

This company sells a good deal on the phone, but they are full of lies, excuses, unkept promises and charge you more for their incompetency.

I hope I never have o use a car transport service again and if I do, it will not be them. I will be sure to tell anyone I know not to use them.

This whole experience caused wasted time from work, a lot of stress and anger as well as an even bigger mistrust of others, not to mention more money. Scammers.

Call your customers and let them know if there is an issue. Keep your promises and don’t charge them more when you have unreliable drivers with lame excuses. Provide the service you promised for the fee you quoted.

Not going to lie, at first I was very skeptical. I had multiple calls from many companies but decided to give them a try. They found a company to pick up up my vehicle and deliver the next day! They customer service was great! They responded well and I definitely was annoying with how many calls I gave them! The only negative was the final price was a higher than originally told, but they did inform me that it may happen based on the driver and the fact that I wanted immediate service. But I would recommend them 100%!
