Great customer service, had a vehicle shipped from Chicago to NY. The team were able to get the car to me a day earlier than anticipated and completely clean. They were very accommodating and responsive, will def use them for my vehicle shipments in the future

As a carrier they had great communication with me regarding the pick up and drop off of a vehicle. They responded right away and were great to work with.

I first used Van3 for cross country transport June 2021 & was very happy with all aspects of their service. I had recently set up a similar transport that had to be canceled due to change of circumstances. The refund of my deposit was processed within two days of request. Bobby was my point of contact & has always been very professional & helpful.

Van 3 Auto Transport was wonderful to work with. After a terrible experience with another company Van3 was compassionate, easy to speak with and their rates were very competitive. We had several issues tying to find drivers due to the location we needed to have the car delivered to. Their determination to find a driver as quickly as possible for us was greatly appreciated. We would recommend them to anyone needing to ship a vehicle across country or within the state.
