I have yet to receive our purchases on day selected tor delivery, usually 48 )hours later. Not sure why you offer a calendar.

I wanted to order a hamper online for my sister who had just come home with a new baby. I had missed the time limit for next day delivery but when I rang Fallon and Byrne, they were so helpful and went out of their way to help me so that the hamper was delivered the very next day. My sister was thrilled with the hamper! Gorgeous, luxury gourmet Irish products. Thank you Fallon and Byrne.

Hi Guys, I was sending the hamper as a gift to say thank you to the manager of Goffs (friend of mine) with a note from us.
I just messaged her this morning since I didn't hear from her since Saturday when the gift arrived and she said there was no note with it and she had giving it to the team because she thought it was from a supplier and I'm absolutely raging.
I had written out a note from myself and husband, so it was a personal gift to Louise herself. Very disappointed guys

Sent a gift hamper with extras and everyone was delighted with all of the food and the presentation. Delivered on the requested day. I would not hesitate to place another order.

There was an initial hiccup when the items I ordered turned out not to be in stock, though I’d been informed when ordering (by phone) that they were immediately available. This resulted in the goods not being delivered on the date I had requested. However, once the error came to light, every effort was made by the company to rectify the situation without delay. The order was duly delivered on an alternative day of my choosing. My previous experience of purchasing from Fallon & Byrne has always been good, and on this occasion was only marginally less so.

I ordered the F&B Valentine's meal for delivery (fillet steaks, sides and peppercorn sauce). Food was delicious and of such a high quality, we were very impressed! Delivery driver was really nice too.

I ordered a hamper for delivery as a present. It arrived on time and the contents were impressive.
