Ordered on-line. Very straightforward. Delivered as scheduled.

Date of delivery unclear, unable to track the delivery, not satisfactory

Product I ordered on dec19th still hasn’t arrived. 30th December was the date advised for delivery.

delivered late and i've had no way of knowing it was actually delivered without having to then ask.
that was one of the two hampers I ordered.
the second one I still don't know if it arrived but I do know the money was taken from my account

Thanks for delivering this package and for ringing me ahead of time to say the package would be delivered on time. Recipient was delighted! :)

The ordering experience was very poor due to the completely untried and untested technology platform. It would have been so much better just to have been able to pay at a till and get a receipt like a normal customer.

Well tbh I don't understand why you charge over 4 euro for delivery of a voucher when you use an post and the stamp is no where near that price. Also your website would not allow me to purchase have the voucher online so I had to call the store.

As ever the food is excellent. It was necessary to make contact regarding a recent online order and the customer service/supprot received was second to none. Thank you Sinéad, Amy and Eric, your assistance was very much appreciated.

only found out after I ordered the hamper that they dont delivery food down the country - it should say it on the website. Tara

I was looking to buy a number of hampers for colleagues. Spoke to a lady who passed on me on to Eric their website manager. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, got me everything I needed and followed up to ensure I was happy with everything. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

There was an initial problem with online voucher not arriving but it cleared up after contacting the company.

Driver was great, when there was no one home for delivery - he called to let me know and came back later. Superb service!

Delivered promptly, nicely packaged and recipient enjoyed the contents.

Fallon and Byrne stock a wide range of foods from around the world as well as an excellent range of wines. The 'to go' range of food, prepared in house, is good and can be frozen to be used when needed. They stock beautiful fresh vegetables and fruit as well treats and wonderful cheese and bread. Best of all they deliver the food to your door and the staff are polite and friendly. They are a little expensive but you can expect excellent quality when you order from them

I live abroad and order online with you several times a year to send gifts to my family. They are never disappointed! Everything is delicious
