We were initially given a delivery timeframe of 2 to 4 weeks. After making the payment, we were later informed of a material issue, extending the delivery time to approximately 4 to 5 months.

We requested a full refund of nearly €10,000, which has not been processed to date. The company has since stopped responding to calls and emails. Its been 3 months since...The matter is now being handled by our lawyers.

Worst ordering experience ever. I asked for supply of a valve coil for a hydraulic valve. Got a very good response asking for information and sent over photo of the part numbers on the failed part. Was quoted for minimum order of 2 at 1-2 weeks delivery in September, once we paid for the part that they offered (detailed in German with different part numbers ) they then quoted a date the following March 20th for supply. After no delivery and repeated emails and excuses, we were then given a date of May 21st. On May 27th no part arrived and after many further emails asking for refund and cancellation which were ignored, a month later delivery was notified. On receipt of a heavy box it was found to contain 2 flanges. When I queried this with Erick I was told we were supplied what we ordered. Total waste of time energy and money.

""SCAM” No one will return your phone call or email once they have your money for an order!!! We have tried for over a month to reach someone in re-guards to an order being shipped with NO response.

"The product will take about one week to arrive at our warehouse, and then an additional week for delivery to you.

In total, the expected shipping time is approximately two weeks or less."

This item was ordered back on Sept 9, 2025 and we still haven't seen it nor can we reach anybody.

Be careful.
Read FAMAGA supply rules carefully. Famaga can supply the product at any time within a time period of 12 month.
We got our pre-paid products later and only after active intervention of a lawyer.

Products are re-imports from China and do not contain any warranty in Europe.
Famaga is not approved reseller of any offered products in Europe.

We tried to purchase an item, took 2 weeks to ask for more money so we cancelled our order and 6 weeks later only managed to get a refund via our credit card charge back as they were ignoring us. Even the owner left our company a negative feedback ln retaliation as apparently could not get away with it. Never got even an apology as apparently they have a BI-MONTHLY review to issue refunds?? you are warned!!!

My order delivered in a short time in a good shape without any damage. Very good customer support. They can be reached by phone, or by email.
