Plisse gordijn aangeschaft op basis van type nummer van dakraam. Vervolgens nog contact gezocht met de klantenservice om te checken of het zou passen; verzekerd dat dat zou zijn. Bleek vervolgens niet te passen, retour niet mogelijk want het zou 'op maat gemaakt zijn'

I wish I'd read these reviews. As with everyone else the window fittings are awful, they do not look anything like advertised and the company refuse to respond. I am currently in touch with trading standards

Falsche Lieferung, kein Entgegenkommen. Schlechter Dienstleister. Nie wieder

Rollos genau nach Maßen angefertigt. Passen perfekt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

The fittings they supply do not work for resessed skylight windows. Despite what the pictures on the website show the blind fittings are only for flat ceilings not slanted walls or outside of the resessed window.
Company unable to offer solutions or give refund.
Have pictures to show how blind would look once hung up using thier instructions.
Waste of money
I now have 2 skylight window blinds £170 that i cannot use.
Please make sure before ordering that they will work with your ceiling/ wall

Finger weg. Ich rief die Servicenummer an, die mir bei meiner Bestellung angezeigt wurde, da ich Fragen zu meiner Bestellung hatte. Sehr unfreundlich wurde ich sofort darauf hingewiesen,dass ich innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten anzurufen habe (die mir mit der Servicenummer gar nicht angezeigt wurden) Ich rief um 16:30 Uhr an, bis 16:00 Uhr sei nur geöffnet. Darüber könnte ich mich ja schließlich auf der Website informieren. Der Ton des Mitarbeiters war respektlos. Schlechter Kundenservice geht wohl kaum. An Unfreundlichkeit und Unverschämtheit kaum zu überbieten. Ich bestelle meine Rollos gerne bei einem anderen Anbieter.

Zamówiłam Pleated Blinds do sypialni. Okazały się bardzo dobre, wspaniała jakość i solidność. Po kilku tygodniach zamówiliśmy do reszty domu. okres oczekiwania jest troszeczkę dłuższy( wysyłka do UK) ale wartę czekania. Pamiętajcie o dobrym zmierzeniu... Polecam na 100%. Dziękujemy
I ordered Pleated Blinds for my bedroom. They turned out to be excellent quality and durability. After a few weeks, we ordered them for the rest of the house. The waiting time is a bit longer(UK), but it's worth the wait. Remember to measure carefully... I recommend them 100%. Thank you.

4 Plissees Rollos bestellt. Alles klappte hervorragend. Die Montage war schnell erledigt und alles passte wie bestellt. Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Ich habe ein Dachfensterrollo für 50€ bestellt und ich habe das genaue Maß abgegeben. Sie haben mir was geschickt das ans Fenster gar nicht gut passt und die Montageanleitung sind unmöglich gefolgt zu werden. Als ich mich beschwert habe, habe ich diese Antwort bekommen:Maßgeschneiderte Produkte, die nach Kundenspezifikation gefertigt sind, sind laut §312 BGB aus dem Rückgaberecht ausgeschlossen.

Ich wurde gern ein gutes Bewertung abgeben,aber leider habe ich die gleiche erfahrung wie fast alle anderen machen mussen,Ware kamm punktlich an aber 1 befestigungs Teil war kapputt ! ich reklamierte per txt,bekamm die antwort, " wir senden sofort eine neue" ! darauf warte ich,trotz mehrere txt heute noch,anrufe erfolglos,nach jetzt ca.6 wochen habe ich bei OTTO ein ähnliche satz bestelt..LASS DIE FINGER VON DIESE FIRMA

I'm pleased with the blind I ordered - it was a reasonable price and the quality is pretty good for the price I paid. However, it was quite a painful process to get the blind. It was 31 days from placing the order to receiving the delivery. Some of this was down to UPS, but the customer service I received from Familyrollo was disappointing. When I first reported that the delivery seemed delayed, they offered to look into it. A whole week passed without me hearing anything, so I chased them up and they suggested I should contact UPS myself. My view is that it is Familyrollo's responsibility to make sure the blind reaches me in a reasonable time, and if there are issues with the courier that they have commissioned, then I expect them to resolve matters and keep me updated. Contact was poor and 31 days was unacceptable.

een verduisterd rolgordijn besteld in de kleur cappucino als proef, dit ging goed en zag er netjes uit. toen nog 1 besteld maar deze was niet verduisterd, dus ik dacht dat ik het verkeerd gedaan had. nogmaals besteld en extra goed opgelet dat ik de juiste besteld, en nog 2 erbij besteld. deze kwamen binnenen waren ook niet verduisterend, toen ik contact opnam, vertelde ze dat de kleur capuccino er niet in verduisterd is. toen ik een foto stuurde als bewijs dat deze er wel is, kreeg ik te horen, na 5 keer mailen) dat ik het verkeerd besteld had, wat 100% zeker niet het geval is. geen enkele tegemoetkoming. zeer slecht bedrijf

I ordered the pleated blinds for a vaulted skylight. There was a brief conversation between Family Rollo and me due to the fabric I ordered being out of stock, but once I agreed on an alternative fabric, the blind was delivered within a week. The blind was easy to install, looks great, and does the job it should. I've just ordered two more for the other skylights.

Do not buy from this company! Ordered Roman Blonds for Skylight roof window. Firstly took the company 3 weeks to tell me I hadn’t paid when I had and they had missed it!! The blinds eventually arrived. I am so disappointed with the quality. I bought the blind in black out grey fabric. The blind sits away from the wall so no point in ordering black out fabric as a lot of light comes in. The fabric is cheap quality with no sturdy backing to the blind to give it some body. It’s just a big saggy bit of cloth hanging over my window. I have complained but it takes a while to hear anything and then basically they don’t want to know. I wish I had found the reviews of the company before using them.

Von drei Raffrollos für die Pergola im Garten sind zwei gut genäht, aber beim Dritten gibt es in der Mitte bei den Ösen einen Versatz, wodurch sich das Rollo nur sehr schwer ziehen lässt.
Zu meiner Reklamation (mit Fotobeweis) bekam ich die Antwort, das der Abstand der Löcher gleich ist und die Ware gut! Auf weiteres Anfragen, sollte ich das Rollo verpacken, da es am nächsten Tag abgeholt wird, was nie passierte.
Fazit: Schlechter Service, keine Kundenbetreung -> Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Pleasantly Surprised – Worth It

After reading a ton of bad reviews, I was hesitant to buy these PCV cassette roller blinds. But I took the risk and honestly, I'm glad I did. They arrived on time, looked exactly as advertised, and were straightforward to install. The quality is solid – nothing flimsy or cheap-feeling. They operate smoothly and block out light well. I don’t know what issues others had, but mine are working perfectly. Sometimes the internet just overreacts. I gave them a chance and it paid off. No regrets.

Also auch von mir leider eher eine schlechte Bewertung. Wir haben für das untergeschoss einfache Rollos, welche halbwegs gut sind und auch ausreichend. Nun haben wir für das Schlafzimmer ein Doppel Raff Rollo bestellt, wo sofort die erste schnurrt gerissen ist und ich mehrfach das Rollo auseinander nehmen musste, weil sich dann auch alle anderen Schnüre immer gelöst haben. Absolut schlechte Qualität und es hängt krumm und schief ohne das sich das erklären lässt. Ich würde eher wieder etwas mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und bei dekoria bestellen. Da sind die Rollos wirklich super von der Qualität.

I wish I checked reviews before ordering... Do not order as you’ll waist your time and money. Poor customer service. Blinds arrived not up to measurements. Customer service asked to take picture of each blind which I did, then complained that they can’t see anything. After many many many emails back and forth I just gave up as could see will go nowhere. Still placed them on windows with gaps present. Now, when rolled up and down, every single blind shifted to the right leaving even bigger gap in between window and frame. Poor poor quality. Would not recommend.
