Farnham Cycles Opiniones

Thank you for your help over the years. Great place

Nice customer service, bike was fine.

Ordered, FH-M800 ratchet body ring
But ended up with FH-M800 ratchet body stopper ring
Phoned them and was refered to Shimano web site
where the part I wanted has title "ratchet body" and the part they sent me has title "ratchet body stopper ring"
Fernham cycles listing say FH-M800 "ratchet body ring" no mention on "stopper".
I offered to spend £15.00 more to get the correct part but with the wrong title, with a stamped addressed bag so i can return the wrong part but they said no i got the correct part.
"whay make such a big deal of this"

Ordered on a Sunday arrived on a Wednesday, so as quick as most of them.

helpful, outstanding service

Farnham cycles were let down by their delivery couriers Citylink who took 6 days to deliver instead of next day - very disappointing.
However iI was very satisfied with the price of what I bought and the pre - sales service was knowledgable and patient

Great all round service and good delivery times. Communications were good kept me informed very step of the way. Also when i called the store for some advice before placed my order they were very helpful.

As above, would have been 5 stars if there hadn't been a mix up with the order, and I had to reorder, staff very friendly and helpful via e-mail.

They are good, buy from them

fantastic service, ordered 10.00 , delivered 11.15 the following day
thanks very much

Came quickly and well packed. 5 stars.

Ordered a rear wheel with a 7 speed casette hub, an item not easy to find these days. Very reasonably priced and was delivered promptly.

Good prices, great service. However website does not reflect stock so on 2 occasions two days after order , email recd noting unavailability of item. 8 wk restock estimate. Therefore had to use alt retailer.
Thx
Nick

Ordered on a Wed. All products arrived as ordered on Thursday.
Thank you.

I was very pleased with the range of stock and ease and speed of transaction

Great site, especially for unusual parts.

Delivered on time, no problems with this transaction.

Good product at a reasonable price which was delivered pretty quickly. Good communication too. Good service.

Try this company out, I good to quality brakes at a fantastic price, and the delivery times were great. Ordered on Monday and got them on Wednesday. Will defiantly use them again.

On the basis of my first order, I am happy to recommend Farnham Cycles as a good alternative to some of the more prominent on-line cycle retailers.

Ordered a pair of MTB tyres on Tuesday and they arrived by Friday in time for weekend. Excellent.
