Farnham Cycles Opiniones

bought a pair of Bluegrass knee pads, order went through without any hassle, needed some clarification which I sent via email, prompt response received. all in all a good experience

Very helpful and great service. I had several quires and was a difficult customer, they handled everything perfectly and quickly. I will use them again.

Good kit, at competitive prices, free delivery on orders over £30. Deilvery time as advertised. Would definitely shop with again.

I was looking for a cheap and cheerful rear wheel for my bike, and found this "Wilkinson's" wheel, already discounted and cheaper thanaywhere else for the same product.
What I got was a wheel made up of a Quando hub abd a Weinmann rim - real quality components.
The wheel exceeds my expectations by miles, and Farnham Cycles kept me informed of the progress of my order every step of the way.
Eleven out of ten!

I ordered a small, inexpensive replacement part for a bicycle rack. When obtaining similar parts from my local supplier, well over a month was the delivery time. It was worth paying the postage for door to door delivery for the equipment to arrive at my house two days after ordering. What could be better.

The transaction was great...easy and rapid and a great product delivered.

Good website, good prompt delivery however ordered red crank bolt and was sent a gold a gold one. Make me think the guys in dispatch possibly do not care that much??

Order always arrives promptly

This was a really easy purchase, I ordered the goods and they turned up 3 days later, whilst being kept up-to-date with emails on the progress of my order - perfect.

Brilliant service. Super fast delivery and I have saved 1/3 of the shop prices. I'd highly recommend Franham to my friends.

It was a sprocket so not much more to say.

Goods arrived, as ordered, and within 2 days which I thought excellent service for "free delivery".

Very efficient website - helpful on the phone. I have used the site for SRAM chainrings and found it v satisfactory.

Ordering from Farnham is easy. Place your order and your goods arrive the next day. What else could you possibly want from an online transaction?

The website was easy to navigate, I also spoke on the phone and the representative was helpful and polite. Good delivery time.

The parts were delivered quickly and were the correct type. All in all a good service.

Ordered my item last Tuesday to ensure that it arrived in time for the weekend. It arrived a full 7days later.

Im sorry but in a highly competitive mail order market, 7 days for postage just isn't good enough.

First and only time I will be using you

I bought a Shimano Disc that was either unavailable in other shops or over priced. I had a quick postage, cheers!

I bought a Rockshox Argyle damper for my 120mm Tora TK's from the Farnham Cycles online shop and it was delivered by courier a few days later. The courier, city link even came after hours since I wasn't home through the day. The product was delivered as expected. After checking to ensure the damper wouldn't clash at full stroke I assembled the fork with the correct oil volume and it worked great. So now I have practically full lock out with a few clicks of the adjustment knob and compression daming with a few clicks going the other way.
