Prompt response to enquiry. New bike arrived earlier than forecast date. No quibble trade in deal which satisfied my requirements.
Bike prepared with own Garmin and pillion bag and mudslinger offered for free.

Great motorcycle dealer

I,m sorry to say it was a poor experience from start to finish.
I would not purchase another bike from this dealer. It was not even valeted for me when I picked it up - it needed a clean.
Their only saving grace is a chap called Matt who has tried valiantly to put right issues.
I am still waiting for a reply from this dealer after another phone call to try to source a service history for this bike.
I bought the bike 01 April - today is 12 Sept!

Great branch everyone always happy to help. I bought an nc750x after ordering it in black a week later I changed my mind and ordered the red one, it wasn't any trouble at all to change it.
My only grip was on thee day I picked the bike up it took2.5hours to go through the processes most of the paperwork should have been sorted before I arrived.

I was greeted at the entrance as I arrived by a member of staff who asked if he could help me. A difference from my local dealers who seem to specialise in ignoring potential customers. The sales person (a djifferent person) was very patient with me even though I was looking at machines at the lower end of the price range as I am down sizing. As a result I placed an order but unfortunately will have to wait until the new year for delivery due to the manufacturer under estimating demand. I was not pressured to have optional accessories but have subsequently decided on one that I will order.

Honda Farnham always friendly, attentive, not intrusive and accommodating. Good range of stock and demo bikes (good coffee too) Service prices good, All over feel good factor - big smile👍😁
