I'm glad my credit card provider asked for approval after I went ahead with my purchase, because the amount that showed for approval on my credit card was £12 more than it showed on the cart total.

I had a sizing question before placing my first order and sent a message through customer service. Someone got back to me within a few hours and suggested the size that would probably work best based on the measurements I sent. Their recommendation was right. The dress fits comfortably without being loose.

Customer service was very quick to get back to me and solve my problem completing my order.

The order took around 12 days to reach me which was pretty much what I expected. My blouse looks great and the stitching is neat. The sleeves were slightly longer than I pictured but I actually like them folded once. I would order again.

I only give 4 stars as I've not received the winter coat yet. Though a 4.8/5 star reviews from thousands of reviews for this coat would suggest it is an excellent coat. It looks great from the pictures and a 30 day money back guarantee suggests its good quality. If the coat is everything I expect it to be then ill happily change my review to 5 star.
