I have worn the shoes for shopping, school runs and a couple of longer walks. They felt comfortable quickly and did not rub around my heels. For everyday use they have been a good choice.

I bought the shoulder bag mainly because I wanted something lighter than the one I normally use. It sits comfortably even when I have quite a few things inside. I also like that the design is simple enough for work but does not look too formal when I wear it at the weekend.

I was mainly looking for comfortable shoes for walking around during work trips. I have worn these through a few long days now and my feet have felt much better by the end of the day. They are simple enough to wear with most of my clothes too.

horrific ongoing experience
horrific ongoing experience. The AI photos look nothing like the synthetic rubbish that arrives. Then I had to return order to China and 3 months later, still no refund. I can't understand why this company is allowed to trade. DO NOT USE!!!

Do not touch York Fashion with a barge pole. I so regret I did. I ordered dresses from York Fashion which took a long time to arrive and were of very poor quality. What was promised on the website to be pure linen was actually polyester. I applied for a refund and was told that not only would I have to pay postage for the return but would not receive the full amount. If this wasn't bad enough, three months on I am still waiting for the refund having posted the items in good faith. I have been in regular contact with customer services and they have informed me they have received my items and my acount shoud see the refund but I am STILL waiting.

The delivery was a little slower than some stores I use, but the tracking kept moving and the parcel arrived safely. Everything I ordered was inside and properly packed.

I ordered the Jake sweatshirt from York Fashion back in July. At the time the website lead me to believe that it was a London/UK company. When the top arrived it was nothing like the photograph on the website, it was made of very cheap shoddy material and the logo was faint and printed on very badly. In addition the size was ridiculously huge. I started the returns process but only then was I told it had to go back to their warehouse in China, and by tracked post. I dutifully sent it back via DPD. I was informed on tracking that was held in customs in China awaiting the recipient, York Fashion, to pay the duty on it. York Fashion is denying any responsibility for the fact that the parcel is being held in customs. After 3 months apparently it will be returned to sender but I have to pay the postage.
After many emails to Melissa at York Fashion I was told that they would refund me for the sweatshirt. We are now 6 weeks on and I still have had no refund despite them saying they’ve processed it. I’ve asked for proof of the refund so that my bank can look into it but that hasn’t been forthcoming either.
So as it stands, I have no item and no refund and weeks of stress and of being fobbed off. Plus the possibility of having the item returned to me incurring further costs to myself.
Be warned - do not engage with this company!

Many weeks down the line and this company has still not compensated me for a faded, faulty dress delivered in a used Tesco food bag. It still expects me to chase up an unknown courier who, apparently, transported the returned item. Unbelievable.

The company was formerly Tracy London, they changed to YorK fashion. The products are poor in quality, retrun is alomost impossible and they are not a UK company. You have to return to China. The whole process is a scam. This website should be brought down.

York Fashion … be careful!
This is another no connection to the UK or York! Uses a Brussels address as do other companies of a similar on line presence. The pictures such companies use are often downloaded from other sites and China produces and sends a poor copy hence quality reviews. The biggest issue is returning - the customer has to pay the cost of shipping back to China. Use a British company, US or Canada who have a local address you can return items to. Check AI before ordering. Cancelling is restricted on such sites to 2 or 4 hours.

WARNING - don't use this company
WARNING - do not shop with this company. It has nothing to do with York - they are based in Ningbo in China, and do not supply what they advertise, for example, a 'linen' dress turns out to be made of 100% polyester and 'orthopaedic' shoes are unwearable. Returns are virtually impossible - you have to pay the postage to China, then they claim the parcel is stuck in customs and you never hear from them again. And you can forget any possibility of a refund. This is basically a scam selling inferior rubbish for inflated prices. I repeat - don't use this company.

Your pricing is better than others
Your pricing is better than others. I first saw the coat on another site and it was reasonable but I wanted to keep looking and then you had the same coat with a better price. You also gave a discount on top of that so that was great. Also easy to finish the purchase.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. It is a scam. A linen set i ordered arrived as polyester and when i claimed a return I was made to post it to their factory in China which rejected the delivery so now it's being returned to the UK. A total rip off!
