Consumer service was great and timely shipping. The bracelet is beautiful, but I can't wear it. The clasp that holds it tight on my wrist keeps sliding down so the bracelet falls off constantly.

I placed a orden at Oct 17. I received a tracking number but it is stuck. I want to know what happened with my order? I sent an email about it but no one has answered me.

The bracelet is beautiful. My grandchildrens names on each hanging heart are tiny but I love it.

Love my new necklace that reflects all my kiddos. The only things that could be better are the diffentiation between the gold and rose colors as online looks more distinct... Maybe if silver was between them instead otherwise I maybe would have preferred all 3 hearts silver after receiving. Also wish there was a way the hearts would stay in place better and not get tangled into each other in different directions.

They made sure I was happy by providing me with an additional gift. I will definitely use this company again in the future if I need personalized jewelry. The quality of the products were very nice.

I never received the gold necklace i purchases and also didn’t receive a tracking email for it.

Hello, it's been a while... Today I got my package. The item came from Israel, that was quite a distance though. But my wait is worth it. I understand the delays. I thought it would not arrive. But it did arrive. Thank you Faruzo for this item. I will give this as a birthday gift to a special person.

This was for a gift. It was beautifully packaged also to include a gift bag. Price was reasonable and the person loves the gift. Would buy again.

I ordered the name bracelet for my husband's Father's Day gift. We listed all of our grandkids on it and he loved it. The quality was very nice and compliments his wrist.
