DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD - NO PHONE NUMBER, I'VE HAD TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY SAY YOU CAN CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS, BUT YOU CANNOT REACH THEM - THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHILE THE PICS LOOK NICE, DON'T BE TEMPTED...

It is a scam! They say company is in Los Angeles and it is in China! You will never receive your order and much less your money back! So beware!!!! Please do not fall for it as many of us have! Stop giving money to off shore companies in CHINA big scammers!

Do not buy from fashioncosy. I ordered in April and it is the end of July. I still do not have my merchandise.

These same clothes shown on sites under various names, zolucky, fashioncozy, caramara, floryday look really nice, I like the styles wish I knew where they actually exist, every review is the worst, I received one dress under floryday nice looking dress,much took long, sizing way off for Americans , fortunately I was able to cancel a large order I put thru under zolucky,got help putting stop payment w my bank, and they did refund my $$, I wish better business bureau would investigate, close them down, I agree with everyone else..same clothes several names, pop up everywhere online.
I tried to return the long dress, no real response, generic messages, they send u a form that don't identify your order so you can't get a refund, nothing in pkg w instructions or return labels how can they still be in business????? If they have offices& whse in many countries why HASNT SOMEONE INVESTIGATED THESE CON ARTISTS!!

It's even hard to understand how they hope to be successful in the U.S. No one would ever buy from them twice. The products are shoddy, very hard to tell from product descriptions what you will get...and then they take 6 weeks to arrive! Such awful cloth, it would have been better if it had been lost in the mail! Mind you, they pay themselves on the day you order!

This company sounds like a new Name for one I had the SAME problems with about a year ago!! It was a company based in China named NoraCora & their warehouse (?) here in the US was in CA... My theory is that it's the Same group, but they change the name whenever Complaints mount & it gets Too Hot for them. Thanks to Help from PayPal, I did Finally get a Refund, about 6 months later!!

I agree with all the other comments. There isn't a rating here low enough. Ordered 4 dresses over 2 months ago. Just got the first one yesterday - no return address except for shipping company, no packing slip. Size off (after going by size charts) and fabric cheap. Cannot find any way to return or cancel unreceived items. This company should be investigated.

Do not order from this company. The items are nothing like the pictures. The fabrics are listed as "cotton blend" but they are, in fact, cheap polyester that looks like fake silk. The sizes are infinitely smaller than what you'd expect. A "L" or large is probably a size 6 or 8. I've written to them twice asking for information on how to return the items but there's been no response. My next option is to contact my credit card company and ask to stop payment.

What a rip off. Ordered months ago no response at. Tracking number is not good. Will try to get my money. Ask from PayPal. What thieves.

ORDERED XL AND IT COULD "POSSIBLE" FIT MY DAUGHTER SIZE MEDIUM. SIZING IS MESSED UP. I COULD GO ON FOREVER, BUT JUST STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! WASTE OF MONEY. THE ONLY REASON IT GOT 1 STAR IS I HAD TO PUT SOMETHING THERE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. SHOULD BE IN THE NEGATIVE!!!

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy from this site. Clothing is different than what you see online. It took 45 days to receive partial items and it is made with cheap material. You will not get a response if you want to return the items. Buyers beware!!

I wish that I had read the reviews. The company is in China and advertises on Facebook. STAY away. I have not received my dresses or a response. 🤬

Do not order from this company. Like so many others, my order took forever to arrive. It was made and shipped from China, The dress was nothing like the photo and was made of 100% stenciled acrylic fabric, poorly cut and barely finished. The fabric was so thin, you could see through it. No tags or washing instructions were included and the dress was not true to size. You could not pay me to wear it. This company should be ashamed of the quality of its items and the false advertising it uses to promote them. Glad I only order one item and I can assure you that it will be my one and only purchase from them.

If I could give a zero star I would. I ordered 4 items on April 24. As of today July 16 I have received 1 item. Yesterday I received another package from them and was nothing like what I ordered. I have emailed them several times for a status and tracking number. I received a tracking number that didn't work. 3 months and have not received my order .... I won't order from them again. I understand the COVID-19 issues, thing is I ordered my wedding dress from a company in China with specific measurements received it in 3 weeks.

I ordered from Monvla . Very disappointed, took 2 months to arrive. Items were nothing like the photo. The website is no longer up. I inquired on returns, I was told that return would cost more than the 4 items I ordered, and could get lost being returned overseas. Was told to give the items to someone. Buyer beware, all the website photos are the same. Best to stick to websites you recognize and stand clear out f these websites that advertise linen clothing, that are not linen. I did not order from fashion cosy but website is similar, just different names. They seem to change names, and delete websites.ZERO stars if that was an option.. if there are good reviews, I feel that they were bought.

Beware of scammers!!!! Do not ever buy from them!!!! They exist under different names. You will never receive anything from them. Customer service is non existent. And even if you get to speak to anyone, they are incredibly rude and will try to scam you even further by extorting your credit card number.

I filed a complaint with my credit card company when I realized this company is a total scam. I did get an email back when I requested canceling my order and they said they would but then I got an email a few days later saying it was shipped but no way of tracking it. I hope my credit card company will refund the transaction amount. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY!

Update: just received two dresses if you could call them that today July 25th. They are going in the trash! Please don’t order anything from them!

I ordered $143. worth of merchandise. I received an email saying that it was shipping. However, when I checked the number they gave me, it said that it could not match. I filed a complaint with my credit card and they refunded the money.

I ordered several items. The items were not as pictured. Not even close. When I tried to go back on the site it said it did not recognize my email address even though it sent notification of delivery and confirmation of my order to the email address. The quality was worse than I have ever seen and I can not figure out how to return. Buyer beware this place is a total scam.

I ordered 4 pairs of shorts and a dress that were supposed to be linen material. It took me almost 2 months to get the package and when I did, the shorts were 100% polyester and the dress looked homemade. It had no tags on the inside to tell you the material or washing instructions, and it felt like pajamas material. I've contacted this so called company for instructions on how to send this crap back and get a refund. I'm still waiting on a response.
