SCAM! Do NOT order from this company. They are from China! I never received my merchandise. They also have companies by different names all selling the same type of clothes. Just note if there’s not a phone number to call customer service DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

I ordered several pieces from this website on May 21, 2020. Their website suggests a shipping time of 7 to 20 days. It is now July 7, 2020 and still nothing. To rub salt in the wound, their customer service refuses to respond to my emails. I requested to cancel the order and get a refund on July 2nd and have not received a response. This is a horrible company.

I wish I should have check the reviews before placing my order. I guess I am out of $99.00. Tried tracking the order with my email address, and got a message saying no such email. Someone needs to take this company off the internet/ect.

I never received the merchandise I ordered. No way of contacting them. It's a China-based scam website. I'm trying to get my money back through my credit card company

A SCAM!!! Do not patronize Fashion Cozy. I ordered a significant amount of items and they never arrived. And no one responds when I try to get a refund. DON'T BUY from FASHION COZY!!! You will be ripped off.

I shouldn't even rated a number at all I have been waiting on my purchase for over 3 months & whenever I try to track my purchase it says my number can't be found I PROMISE I WANT EVER BUY FROM YOU FOLKS AGAIN !! I have never had to wait this long on anything I have bought on line.. JUST GET ME MY ORDER THAT I HAVE PAID FOR

If I could rate these thieves a ZERO star rating I would. These slimeballs are liars, scammers and thieves. My wife and I live on small sums of Social Security and usually by the end of the month we are reduced to eating peanut butter and Ramen Noodles. My wife saw a good deal and decided to buy a gift from these bustards for our grandaughter. We gave up food for this gift and these fvckers stole the money. Karma will get them!!

Emails to company about my order with the number received no response. Links on company site are fake and/or inactive. Definately a scam I am reporting yhe company which is probably fake tp appropriate trade comissions and the New York F.B.I. fraud office.

Biggest scam I ever saw! Ordered 8 items...got half of them ..10 weeks later..looked like dollar store clothes..no lie! Not the cute cotton and linen clothes...I saw on ads . Facebook needs not to display their ads too. American consumers beware! Not fun to fight for your money. I paid with pay pal... filed a dispute. Still missing half the order.
Don’t want anything more to do with them...

Total scam. Get your money back via PayPal or your credit card company. Items never arrived.

It is not a Real Company. I got my money back and I made a Report to the Cyber Unit of the FBI in Albany,NY. Buyer Beware! The Chinese will go to Any Length's to Scam People!

I live in the US, I placed my order in April 2020 and as of June 2020, I have NOT rec'd my items. According to the order I should have rec'd my items a month ago. Whatever u do, please do yourself a favor and never order clothing or any items from this company, you will never get them. When u send them an e-mail to see what is going on, they say, your order is on its way. When I asked for them to return my money, they ignored me. This is a scam, they take your money and you never get your clothing. I just lost $100.00, very bad process on their end!!!!!!

All these Chines scam company's show the same type of very cute clothes you never get ordered one thing to see never did get it. I would like to know who really makes these clothes and sells them. There prices are to cheap for the clothes to look like they do.

I placed an order over a month ago and have not received my order and I can't seem to contact them. No phone number and the e*mail address does not work. They billed my credit card and I have no way to reach them. I guess I got scammed. Be ware not a good company.

Buyer beware - this is a scam! Deserves zero stars. My story is just like the others. Items ordered 5/2/2020. I ordered 3 dresses and nothing has arrived as of 6/16/2020. Every time I inquire with the company they tell me that it will take more time for receipt than their previous estimate. I did get them to admit that although the website shows this company in London, it’s not; the items ship from China. I doubt I will ever receive a package from these scammers. What a ripoff.

Items ordered in April. I ordered 3 items. I received 3 separate ship notifications and nothing has arrived. Shipment tracking info is useless. I'm filing a dispute through Pay Pal.
By the way - the website shows this company in London. It's not. It's in China.

This company is a re-branded company beware it's a scam, it is Pearlgo (bad news). Not based in London UK it's in Hong Kong. Fighting to get my money back via PayPal and my credit card company. I was told I have to wait out the 20 days promised for delivery then the credit card company can go into action. I canceled 10 minutes after I ordered once I got the email receipt with Pearlgo as the vendor.

Update: Fashioncosy.com has pulled the content from their website that they are based in London, UK. PayPal backed me and they gave my $ back. But I suspect Pearlgo got to keep the money as well.
