I tried to place an order using their Dressing Room option, which was advertised as allowing payment after 30 days. Although my order was within the available budget, I couldn't select that payment option at checkout and had to contact customer support.

Two phone calls and a few days later, they said my account isn't eligible for payment after 30 days, but only for payment in four installments (not something I was interested in). This is despite their website clearly stating that my budget could be used for both, and no further explanation was provided.

Search filters are buggy, prices are generally higher than those of other retailers, and the product range is fairly limited. I won't be using this platform again and certainly don't recommend it.

Preturile sunt inselatoare (multe din ele sunt mult mai mari decat in alte magazine)
Sunt dezamagita de site-ul acesta din punctul de vedere al preturilor.

De multe ori articolele vandute, desi apar "reduse" sunt mult mai mari chiar si daca le-ai lua de la brandul in sine/producator si ai plati si livrarea separat.

Si chiar si luand in considerare natura acestui site si ca isi iau si ei un anumit comision, ca si client, trebuie sa ai grija la anunturi de genul:
geaca de piele naturala care in mod normal o gasesti la pretul de 1800 de lei, dar la noi reducere de primavara costa 1200 de lei. Fantastic!...si cand te uiti pe siteul brandului care vinde geaca respectiva vezi ca neredusa ea costa 850 de lei. Iar transportul prin curier te costa poate un 30 dar de acolo pana la 1200 de lei...

Si acesta este doar un exemplu, dar sunt mai multe situatii de genul. Am gasit si unele articole la preturi mai bune, dar incurajez oamenii sa verifice care sunt preturile si in alte locuri, inainte sa ia decizia de a cumpara.

Foarte dezamagita de Fashion Days,produse fake 100%,mai ales unde se specifica piele naturală sau întoarsă 100%.

Am comnadat o pereche de adidasi nr 38, comanda a ajuns repede, insa la un picior nr 37 iar la celălalt 38.
Evident am facut retur, iar apoi, surpriza, aceeasi problema.
Total nesatisfacuta de ei.

Received a tshirt with a hole in it! And i saw it only after i got dispose of the box and the original labels! Tried to contact them but no one is answering the phone

I have been a regular customer of Fashion Days.

And after all my orders, now they would not change and item from my order. Not the whole order, but just one item. I don't even want my money back, all i want is a different size.

Their customer service - not up to standard.

Finally not even a call that they promised but just an email saying we can't change your order.

And the email was not sent from Fashion Days, but from EMAG.

Ordered some products 5 days ago, paid in front with my card and the products are still in the deposit. For the past 2 days they are lying to me that the products were sent , but it wasn't. Im very disappointed and I will never buy anything from this site again.

Two stars because EVENTUALLY, I did get my money back. But it was very difficult… do not buy from them! Poor quality, damaged products.

They have very nice products and good prices.They deliver very fast and the returning process it's very easy.I don't konw what others experienced but I had my money back in 30 minutes for returning...I will keep to buy from them because they have very good services.

The refund policy "Save your card and the money will be back in 30 minutes after receiving the goods" is a FRAUD! Bunch of liars.

Awful website, My packet was delivered with delay and my money were not back in my account, like they said, in 30 minutes. My Mastercard does not work sometimes if I want to pay on theur website and the products, yes, sometimes look that are fake. I've received dirty or broken packages, an opened and a little consumed over 350 ron parfume. They should also diversify their clothes because most of them are from years ago and it is sad. Always I think that maybe I will receive something like in the pictures...but no or it will fit me.

Nu de putine ori am gasit preturi bune la produse , livrarea este rapida , nu sunt probleme cu retururile. De.a lungul celor peste 15-20 comenzi , nu am nimic de reprosat .

The delivery is always fast and the customer service is great! I had a whole communication with them via email in which they answered every email of mine concerning my problems.

Worst service ever! Waiting for my order already for a month and they still cannot commit to a specific delivery date. After calling their support three times, i was informed that they are not able to reach the couriers and my parcel will be delivered “in an unidentified time period”. Wow!

Nu recomanda. In reclama de pe google se lauda cu "livrare rapida". Cand de fapt livrarea dureaza o saptamana daca alegi curierul si o zi cand alegi easybox-ul. Dar de fapt toate termenele sunt estimative. Unul dintre cele mai lente magazine din punct de vedere al livrarii, fata de alte magazine din tara. Si cand comand din Germania imi ajunge in 2-3 zile produsele. Pentru cine vrea sa plaseze o comanda nu le recomand sa faca plata in avans, cand livrarea este estimativa!
