Bought a dress from Fashionme for my mum and she liked it so well - one in black and one in blue. The blue dress was quite interesting because it was the exact size that mum wanted. The black one, though slightly bigger, was still acceptable because her age still allowed her to use a free dress. I liked the fact that Fashionme team were quick and mum enjoyed her Christmas with the new dresses. I happily recommend for others.

Wasted my money!! After months of difficulty in tracking down my order, I finally got it. However, now that I received it, MORE problems!! Nothing was the correct size!! I ordered size small and everything they sent me was tagged XL! Clothes looked like tents, and 5 of me can fit in it! Where’s my size S?? Extremely disappointed and upset!

FashionMe does not even deserve one star. They have the WORST customer service. I have been going back and forth with them since November about my order and they still will not give me my full refund back after not sending me my order. Save yourself some time and just don’t buy here.

I like to dress with style. This store has many stylish clothes, especially their clothes, which I like a lot because they are designed with different styles which fits very well with my tastes in clothes.

I have placed an order for two dresses. It's been more than a month still haven't received the order yet. The order status keeps showing - Partially Shipped (Don't know what that means!!). There is no customer service number to reach out to them. There is no way to know where the order is currently.
This is ABSOLUTELY frustrating to have paid so much for the dresses and not knowing whether the order will ever get delivered.
DO NOT BUY anything from this website.

I purchased 3 dresses for my wife, was suppose to be a birthday gift. Received the tracking information but nothing in system when checked. Long wait in receiving package. In my case, never got package. After a month, missed birthday still no resolve. This company refuses to refund me and insist its my postal service fault when item are stolen. In my case the package was not insured! by them. Tried to get them to see if they ship, they need to ship insured or give customers the option to insure since they DO NOT REFUND on stolen or lost goods. This company dishonest!

Worst experience ever! Never even try!
they divide my order in I dint know how many times. I am trying to get information about the whole situation but they dont give it clear. Of course i order it the 2nd of december and paid express of course only receive shipment tracking number TODAY!
I asked for explanation and nothing. I work in customer service and this is the worst experience ever. Do not use it.

My order of 4 items has no news my money gone. One month already. What a smart thief

Ordered 2 dresses on 11th Dec paying £25 for 3-7 days delivery as needed them for Xmas parties, had nothing! Money has been taken from my bank but no dresses! I emailed around 21st and got no reply! Terrible, wouldn’t touch these again🤬🤬🤬

Terrible products. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because zero is not an option. Dresses are misshapen and made from materials suitable for cheap curtains. Save your money, go to Zulily instead.

I needed to shop for my gf and I loved the clothes I got from Fashionme! They have got some exciting products and my gf loved them too! I think I will have to purchase some more from them now! Exceeded my expectations. the prices are quite reasonable but they took like 10 days to deliver so I would give 4 stars but overall I had a pleasant experience and I'll definitely order again.

I placed my order on Dec 11th and no updates since then. My order id is D2056490. I sent customer service 3 times with no reply.i duno if I 'll ever receive my order.

I love ordering clothes from Fashionme. They have such great quality clothes and they last for a long time. The only downside is everything seems to be so much more expensive!

I received my order pretty quick. My problem is with the returns. I need to return 3 dresses. I kept contacting the company over 3 times, I haven't got any, ANY respond. I contacted over email and also I left 2 messages in their website. The quality of the clothes is regular. I prefer YOINS: better quality, great customer service

My Fable shirt arrived today. I immediately fell in love with the gorgeous fabric, but STILL thought I would be disappointed with the way it fit me. But when I put it on, I couldn't believe it -- it draped so beautifully across my chest and stomach, but fit perfectly in the arms and across the shoulders -- it made me look so elegant!! I'll definitely be coming back for more. Thank you, The Fable!!!

Amazing company i really happy to buy cloth from their company. Because their delivery time is so fast and the clothe quality is to good. I really love this company. Higly recommended for this company.

I did not receive any email confirmation after the payment. I've been waiting for the customer service response for my question about tracking package. Its strange their is no phone number for customer service. I have photo shoot end of this month and expecting the delivery of package before Christmas.
