Really disappointed. Gives online fashion retailers a bad name. I ordered at the beginning of November and took a whole month to arrive. When I finally received my package, the dresses were completely different from the images on their website- the sizes, colour and material. I have emailed Fashionme loads to get their returns address and all I was getting as a response was 'why do you want to return' to which I responded a few times. Then they offered me a £30 voucher to spend on the site - I spent £108 on my order which I didn't like at all, so I don't want to order any other items. Then I logged a complaint with PayPal and they finally emailed me the returns address but offered me £50 back so I don't need to return the items, which was overruled by PayPal who confirmed Fashionme need to give me a full refund for my order. I have returned the items on 6th December and sent them my tracking number and now they are trying to convince me to cancel my PayPal claim before they refund me. Fashionme, I will cancel my claim after you refund me, not before! And if you don't refund me quickly I will make sure everyone knows that you are scamming decent honest customers!

Stay away from this scam!
I placed an order end of September and by now, mid December, half of it still hasn’t arrived. Reaching out to customer service, they take no responsibility and tell me I’m the one who need to check where it is. In addition, they declare 10$ to customers which will lead a majority of parcels to be stuck at customs and you will be asked to pay an additional fee.
The products themselves have nothing to do with the pictures on the website. It’s very low quality, both in the fabrics and sewing.
It’s a total scam and you will waste money on it. So stay away if you don’t want to throw money out the window...

I placed a $300 online. Took a month to get the items. When I opened them, I found the worst quality ever. Clothes looked like kids made them in a garage in the backyard. Fabric was horrible. Many of the items didn’t even have a label. Now I’m trying to return them. I’ve yemailed them several times asking for an address to send the items. No response. I’ve probably lost my $300.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. TOTAL CRAP. And horrible customer service.

I gave it 1 star and that's because i received the top. It was bad quality and it didn't fit. I asked for a refund and they told me it was too expensive for me to ship back and that they will give me a refund of $7. It was 6mths ago and no refund! Everytime i enquired they said that the accounts dept is slow! I wonder why? Dont buy from them. The quality is crap and if it doesn't fit your stuck with the garment! Forget a refund!

I've been using this site to purchase gifts for my friends and family. I like the site because it has various options from clothing to jewelery.Also, my experience with fashionme.com has been a pleasant one. Their quality matches the price and the material was something I expected too.Not to mention, my friends have been very satisfied about the product and asked me where I purchased them. So, I told them I got it from fashionme.com. It's one of my favorite marketplace so far.Oh, and you should never miss the discount! it's very tempting for a shopaholic like myself.

I ordered nearly $600 of merchandise from them and their tracking system does not work. Their only responses to me continued to be "here is your tracking information" and I kept trying to tell them the page was broken, it is only an error page! I have not received my items and it has been a month. Very unhappy and it looks like I have lost this $600.

I have never had so much trouble with an online order. I made my Fashionme purchase on 11/18/18, and now it's almost a month later and I still haven't recieved it (12/11/18). They claimed it went to the nearest post office, but I checked three post offices and nothing has come through. I ordered three items and nothing has shown up yet.

FRAUD!!!!STAY AWAY TO PROTECT YOUR MONEY!!!!

I made a purchase in July 2017, it took almost two months to receive two clothes with the worst quality I had ever met.
I returned the items end of August and since then they keep saying they have problem with the system and cannot refund me! Four months now!!!
Today I received the following e-mailDear customer,

Since your payment was completed more than 6 months, we cannot directly refund to you from our account. We need to contact Paypal to issue the refund.

This may take some more time and we will complete it asap and keep you informed timely.

THEY KEEP POSTPONING THE REFUND, IT'S A HUGE FRAUD!!!!!!

I placed an order with this site which I never received, however they took a payment from my account. When i emailed them asking where my item was they said the order was pending while awaiting payment. I have sent them the bank transaction id numerous times yet they still ask for it over & over. They are just a scam and have no intention of paying the money back. My bank have confirmed that they took the money and have now sent this to their fraud department to deal.

Unacceptable.the cloths are really different (shorter and larger than what I have read on the descriptions),materials are very cheap,they don’t change even the size(you have to pay the delivery ),they try non to change promising you a refound that you won’t see even in 100 years

This company and its affiliates are fraudulent.
They are using multiple social-media sites to wrongfully advertise.
*They do not respond to emails or requests to cancel an order.
*They either do not provide shipping information or fake shipping information.
*You will not receive any of the items you purchase.
*They will not refund you.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.
Go REPORT their pages on social media to help stop the scam!

Even if I paid extra for faster shipping and after 1 month I didn't receive a valid tracking number . Don't waist your money!

A friend asked me to try them out anytime I wanted to shop online so I opted to do so when I needed some new tops for my night work shifts. My experience here was a bliss and worth it. They are extremely tidy with information and go that extra mile to give more than what was expected.

It was cool shopping here. I had no issues with the site navigation and my delivery came quickly too. I would definitely try them out again and leave feedback if anything changes, but for now, they keep to their words.

Good luck trying to return items. I've asked for a week how to return with no replies. Site return info is vague. 4th follow up is a charm.

I got a whole lot of exquisite tops at affordable prices on Swankmyway and it even got better.. I was given a free gift after my third purchase. If you want to get good clothes for less, I think you should look at shopping here.

Same as Clare D'Onofrio, I am very disappointed with your service as well! I ordered on November 3 and received a message on November 20th that it was shipped. However, I still have not received anything in the mail. I have tried sending a couple of emails and no one has responded. Please make sure you all are aware of these inconvenience before ordering. My order is close to $80 USD and I am concerned that if they will even refund it since I have not received anything.

UPDATE after THEIR response - in the response they are saying that an email was sent... that was a LIE!!! I double check my emails and I don't see a response from them!!! I have to say that this online site will have to be taken down period. Can anyone point me to legal action against this fraud? Thanks.

I am very disappointed with your service, this is the first time I ordered from your website. I ordered a top on October 31, 2018 and received an email on Nov.16, 2018 stating it was shipped. when I clicked on the tracking number it says this server is not available, can you please let me know when I will receive my top?????
