Extremely unprofessional. I paid £18 for express delivery. Four days later, I still haven't received anything. I haven't even received confirmation that anything has been shipped, which means I won't be getting it tomorrow either. No one answers the phone. I received a non-committal email reply three days after I sent my inquiry. I paid £165 for a watch and £18 for shipping. I will report this scam to every relevant authority!

I placed an order on 03rd April 2026, I hadn’t heard anything as it was also bank holiday.
So I emailed on the 8th April 2026 enquiring about when I would receive my order, I was given a tracking number via Royal Mail so I tracked it. If it was sent on tracked 48 that generally means a parcel is received within that time frame.
I have called and emailed the company repeatedly who first said we will look into it, the final email suggests its my responsibility to chase Royal Mail, whether you track it online or call them (an automated service) it just states that it’s at a mail centre. There is no attempt by the company in being understanding that a valuable item is being purchased and it has not even been received.
I’d strongly suggest not purchasing any item the company seem fraudulent or at the least not bothered about customer service.

Am very disappointed as I placed an order hoping to receive it within the week for a special occasion and it’s beyond the time and I still haven’t received a follow up email nor the item I ordered.

Please be aware of such companies before buying from them.

Got Same As i ordered. I am sure this watch will be the favorite one of my entire watch collection. If this watch working good in upcoming months then i will get back to your store again for my next purchase.

Fake watches, no real store within the uk, all a big scam don’t buy

I bought an Armani wristwatch from Fashion Watches UK and was shocked by the quality. Within one hour of first wear, the gold coating on the watch started peeling off. I contacted the company immediately, and they apologised and asked me to return the item for a refund.

After receiving it back, they changed their position and claimed the damage was “accidental,” refusing both a refund and replacement. The watch was clearly faulty from the start and not of the quality expected from a genuine branded product.

Very disappointing experience — poor quality, poor after-sales support, and no accountability. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Very fast delivery arrived immaculate 100% genuine watches arrives with it's own certificates in box very happy with my purchase. Very well packaged to keep safe in transit. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a fashion designer watch amazing.

I spoke to a gentleman called James and he was extremely helpful. I accidentally ordered a watch i did not want due to a glitch on my phone which he rectified straight away. The next day I order the watch I liked through him and the watch came on time. Excellent customer service from James he should get a promotion.

I ordered a Versace watch, first I had doubt as it was half price but when it was delivered, it was not a fake. I had a small issue with the clasp, initially i ignored it thinking that could explain the half price for the versace. I tried my luck and told informed them team about it, they asked me to return, their inhouse team confirmed the issue with the clasp and they sent me a replacement. I got the same watch as replacement, this time around with no issues.
Though it takes a few days for the customer service to respond but they are quite efficient and have integrity which is what I cherish most with any service company.
I will definitely buy my subsequent watches from them, highly recommended.

If I could give 0 stars I would I was meant to have received a order by special delivery over a eeek ago picture shows my door and a parcel in delivery drivers hand and a fraudulent signature by the driver as said by royal mail customer services iv not got my parcel it was either left unsafe and taken or the drivers taken for himself this store refuse to replace or refund me even though Custer rights act 2025 states it’s there responsibility to ensure I get my parcel safe and if not to replace or refund yet iv had to email and they want me to email Royal Mail which iv escalated the matter and yet these still ignore my messages and refuse to do anything they have a bond upon buying to endure you get your parcel it’s discusting how I have been treated! DONT SHOP HERE!

Excellent Customer Service
After receiving my watch it was too wide for my wrist. I phoned to let them know. They were extremely helpful offering an immediate refund or replacement. I chose a replacement and once they received the original watch, the replacement arrived next day delivery.
Sam in Customer Service was excellent both on the phone and follow up emails. I would definitely recommend and use this company again
