We bought our son a Armani watches unfortunately it was faulty,obviously this was upsetting but I got in touch and within just over a week the watch was returned, repaired and returned back to me. If it wasn't repairable it would of been replaced. Great service from the team from start to finish and I will definitely recommend.

I purchased a sterling silver adjustable tennis bracelet from this company at the postage cost of £6.00 which was second class post.
When I opened the packaging the bracelet was crammed into the most smallest of plastic bags so when I did eventually get it out the chain was twisted and the cubic section had snapped.
I contacted Jonathan’s Watches 3-4 times but each one I got no reply, rude!
As a company you are an absolute disgrace, you are ripping people off and think it’s perfectly fine to do so.
If people are sitting on the fence as to buy from you, I say don’t, you are throwing your money away and will probably get broken rubbish.

Awful company. Gave me the runaround for weeks telling me item on its way, only to be told that it was out of stock on the day of a milestone event, leaving me with no gift to present on the day. Offered 10% on next purchase as compensation which would amount to approx £18 so I asked for a greater discount offer, which was then responded to as "better we just refund you" with no further discussion of compensation. Tried to complain but they have no complaints team and after asking 3-4 times for the complaints procedure, they basically didn't reply like being told me to do one! AVOID!

During my trip to the UK I wanted to thank the people who I rented the house from, so decided to order the watch from this store. I have to say that it was a great experience - the selection is great and the prices are really pleasant. The customer support was also really helpful. The watch arrived in 2 days, as stated, all perfectly packed in original box. Recommend!

Absolutely awful 😣 paid for a watch then recieved a message it was out of stock, choose another one, paid the extra, then was told it would be different to what was shown on the picture, awful customer service, have done a charge back with the bank as no refund received, don’t waste your money or time buying from here, Scammers

Very apprehensive with ordering from sites in which may not be particularly ‘recognised’, but this has exceeded my expectations. Beautifully packaged with delivery in less than 48 hours, in time for Father’s Day. Highly recommend, will be using this company again.

Not only do Jonathan's watches make exquisite jewellery but their customer service is exemplary. We had an issue with our delivery, Jonathan's Watches were not at fault and yet they stepped in and put it right for us! I can't recommend them highly enough and neither will you. Thanks again!!

Very horrible customer service .they are selling faulty watches.after 3 days of use I told them that the watch or not working properly.they refusing to refund .not following customer rights.

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Ordered an Emporia Armani watch which although got delivered in time but was all tapped up. Looked like a refurbished one. Then I had to pay additional money to return it back to them as a tracked delivery. Took them more than 2 weeks to process return and refund and even after all that hassle, they did not refund full amount

Worst experience I ever had with a retailer

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Bought a watch, which isn't new as states but 100% refurbished, the fact I couldn't find the watch on any main jewellers should have been a sign it was old stock. The box which it came in wasn't authentic and the quality was horrendous, I contacted them to return and when I sent them a photo with their plastic screen cover off they said I couldn't return. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to send me a new box, which arrived and was just as horrendous as the first! When i questioned the authenticity of the product they agreed I could return, I think it helped I had paid via klarna so stopped the payments. They eventually refunded me weeks after the return & deducted me a further £5 despite the fact I had to pay for the return postage.

The company is horrendous, the products are old refurbished stock and the boxes are not authentic.

Avoid!!

Similar to other reviews, purchased a watch and it was unsuitable so followed the returns process, paying for own return postage. It has taken 21 days after they received the watch back to give me the refund. Absolutely ridiculous to take that long. Had to chase numerous times and they just used Christmas as an excuse despite the watch arriving back 2 weeks before Christmas. Regardless, they should be prioritising returning people’s money as much as getting new orders out. Won’t be ordering from them again because of that reason
