I booked on Tuesday for Thursday delivery and the skip was on my drive about 7.30am. on the Thursday.. nothing negative to say at all.

On time, professional service

Avoid this company at all costs. They are unreliable and lazy. They tried to deliver my skip 2 times each time a new excuse was made as to why it couldn’t be placed onto my drive way. Bearing in mind; there were no obstructions.
First time they tried to place the skip on the wrong drive way (a car was parked there as it was not mine) and had the audacity to try charging me a wasted journey fee🤣.
Second time there was apparently not enough room for the truck to turn - they should maybe invest in better drivers - so said they would attempt again the following day. In the end I gave up requested a full refund and went elsewhere, to which may I add the second company had not a single problem delivering my skip. Shout out the Grinsells Skip Hire!

Fast and prompt in delivery and pick up, however, for the price, its a bit steep, as we only get to use the skip for 7 days, when compared to others who allow for 2 weeks.

Arrived on time and collected on time no issues

Skip was delivered late, 2 arrived, collection took a whole month! Still trying to figure out what part was actually fast other than them taking our payment.

Great price 20% cheaper for exactly the same size skip which included vat.... I will be ordering and saving more in the future many thanks

Ordered the skip online then spoke with them on the phone and via email they asked for photos of where the skip would be going. They then said that they wouldn't be able to place the skip where I wanted it due to a small wall (3 bricks high) so they wouldn't process the order and I would get a full refund. 3 days later the money for the skip (over £400) goes out of my account leaving me with no money as I had already hired a skip from an alternate company. I called them and they said that they hadn't gotten round to processing the refund yet (despite saying that they weren't going to process the order and I'd get an immediate and full refund)

The person who delivered my skip was very careful where he put my skip , and the lady who picked my skip up was first class , she was so kind and helpful , that’s why I gave you five stars definitely recommend

Delivered a skip when I wanted it & picked it up when I was finished ,The driver was sound ,no issues at all,would definitely use again .

Skip never arrived so called for refund, took 4 hours before I finally spoke to someone and I’m still waiting for refund after 7 days.
