The man working (sorry I didn’t catch his name) was very pleasant and helpful! He was working by himself I believe but he greeted everyone coming into the store which was lovely.

Excellent server in the Aberdeen store
Excellent server in the Aberdeen store, most helpful and as well as buying an intended shirt and 2 x pyjama bottoms, was tempted in to buying another shirt. Very pleasant experience in the Aberdeen store.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. Have been trying to replace my old Fat Face jacket all winter and could never find one. It is lightweight and suits me much better than big puffy ones

Very happy to see Fatface still in Aberdeen after closing down their Union Square shop, my husband is a big fan and so am I. The service is always very good, their products have nice designs and good quality, no complaints.

The people are so nice but the problem I have is I am a 3XL which no of your stores hold so can't try it on.

Courrier let Fatface down
The order process was professional and the sale price fantastic. However the courrier "Evri" failed to meet the delivery deadline that Fatface guaranteed and lied about an attempted delivery (we have Ring doorbell and movement sensor so can see everyone at our door). The order was eventually delivered 48 hours later after I complained to Fatface customer services

Arrived on time according to teacking
My parcel arrived well wrapped and in tact. I was really impressed with my new dress which I bought for a special occasion. It was a great fit and it was as described.
