FatFace - ABERDEEN 4 Opiniones 

Last Sunday, May 17th, I was at the FatFace store in Aberdeen to buy some shirts and left my glasses in the fitting room. I only realized it after I had already returned to my hometown. I contacted the store, and the staff were very attentive, sending the glasses to me by post. I was very happy with their care and kindness.

Dreadful - don’t go near this company. Order t-shirts for my holiday but didn’t arrive in time. Had an email half way through my holiday to say that ‘thank you for returning them’. That is a complete lie they didn’t even send them!!!

Beautiful comfortable top I absolutely love it love it.
Would definitely buy from here again.

I always find styles to suit me in Fatface.
The staff are always so helpful,pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. It makes my shopping experience all the better.

Visited the Aberdeen store recently, lovely friendly staff and the shop was beautifully bright, clean and tidy.
I don't live near a store and usually order online so it was nice to be able to browse.
I always find something and my daughter bought two lovely jumpsuits.

Some of the staff in Aberdeen shop I find are rude.

I went in and bought a top and a beanie in sale.Tag price for Beanie looked like £5

On leaving store I checked receipt and had been charged £8

I went back in and explained the price mistake so a manager was called. He said that’s an 8 I argued it was a 5. In my world an 8 has two circles. Number on tag did not and looked like a 5.. Manager was quite rude and stated tags are priced by hand and done in a hurry. I suggested perhaps he needed to train his staff to write legibly
He reluctantly honoured the price of £5

Only had large bags in store so I was left walking around town shopping with a huge carrier bag.

Since they have moved shop in my opinion the store has gone downhill. Used to be my favourite shop when it was in Union Square but now no longer the case.

Will stick to ordering online as I’ve never had any problem when ordering online but shopping in store has not been a great experience

Helpful, friendly staff.

Has been a while since I bought from Fatface but recently bought items in store and online and was pleased to see the same good quality. The store has moved locations and is much smaller so it has lost something by that, there’s obviously not so much stock or choice. Staff were helpful and pleasant
I also bought T-shirts for hubby online that come in tall length so they are a better fit for him and he was impressed with the material which feels good quality. Fatface are quite expensive I think but your getting what you pay for

Easy to order and collect in store. Products bought in sale are of good quality and great to get at reduced price. Delivery to store was prompt. I’m happy with my purchases. Staff are helpful.

I like the overall style. Simple but looks good when worn.

Lovely trousers , they will be very comfortable & stylish to wear once the warmer weather arrives ,
I ordered the petite and they were still far too long ! I liked them so much I decided to keep them and have them shortened

Excellent server in the Aberdeen store, most helpful and as well as buying an intended shirt and 2 x pyjama bottoms, was tempted in to buying another shirt. Very pleasant experience in the Aberdeen store.

Fast delivery. Have been trying to replace my old Fat Face jacket all winter and could never find one. It is lightweight and suits me much better than big puffy ones

Very happy to see Fatface still in Aberdeen after closing down their Union Square shop, my husband is a big fan and so am I. The service is always very good, their products have nice designs and good quality, no complaints.

Excellent service

The people are so nice but the problem I have is I am a 3XL which no of your stores hold so can't try it on.

The jeans I ordered are a great fit and so stylish and comfortable, very pleased.
