Dispatched a clearly faulty item
Online order of sweater and boots.
The sweater arm was sunbleached including a label stating this and it was reduce to significantly less than I ordered.
The boots were estimated at 2-3 day delivery to store, but took nearly 3 weeks to arrive.
I've shopped and collected in store on multiple occasions and it's been okay, but this sloppiness is unforgivable.
The in store staff were good as always.

I ordered 7 items in the sale, to be delivered to Fatface, Ashbourne.
Fatface kept me updated about delivery. I tried all the items on at the store, pleasant, helpful lady served me. I had a quick refund on the items that weren't suitable. Emails from Fatface informed me they had received the refunded items, and when the refund had been completed. Excellent service throughout.

Summer favourite
Lovely linen shirt that I think will become a favourite for the summer. Easy to wear and good quality. I did the click and collect , which was quick and easy. Thanks fat face.

Fatface in Ashbourne
I went into Fatface in Ashbourne today. Its a shop Ive been to a few times now, firstly because of the amazing service you get from the staff there
Secondly because of the variety
Today was no different, staff willing to help, friendly service and a lovely atmosphere within the shop.
If you're ever in the area, call in, you'll receive a friendly welcome, lots of stock and some sale items.

Ordered Slippers Online
I ordered a pair of slippers online as the Ashbourne store had sold out in my size. They were delivered to the Ashbourne store for free. Very pleased with the lovely welcome in the store when I went to collect them. Very pleasant & efficient.
