A great shop
FatFace clothes and accessories are always good quality and great designs from dresses to coats to hair accessories. The staff at FatFace in Beccles, Suffolk are so very friendly and lovely, making shopping a pleasant experience. The doors are always wide open, inviting you in and the staff always greet you with a smile and comment and are very helpful.

Beccles branch
Went into Beccles branch to find a top to go with a skirt I’d already purchased, the staff were brilliant, didn’t have anything in store but took time to go through online and find me something, order it, and arranged for home delivery!

My local store in Beccles, Suffolk is always a great experience, with friendly staff who genuinely care and want to make your day that little bit brighter. Clothes and accessories are beautiful, good quality and excellent styles. I ordered online to be delivered into store and ended up choosing something extra as well! Overall just lovely.

A week after returning an item the money has still not gone into my bank account. I have had confirmation that the refund has been put through and tomorrow is the last day allowing for a five working day clearance time so hopefully it will go back ok. Love Fatface products but you need to work on the after care of customers

I had to order online as the dungarees…
I had to order online as the dungarees I wanted were not in store but they arrived promptly considering it was Christmas time but unfortunately they were to large and you don’t stock petite which is a shame as I’m 5ft so I had to return them

The shop staff were lovely but I was sent no bar code which they said I should have had. So had to go off and check emails as no signal in the shop, it was snowing and cold so not the best experience, then when I checked I only had the emails with my order number

The FatFace store at Beccles
The FatFace store at Beccles is wonderful. The team there are always so helpful, professional and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble and they help me to find the right items on line or in store. If I order on line I collect from Beccles and again the team are really helpful. I especially value the service I have received from Jamie.

So disappointed items arrived late…
The So disappointed items arrived late Brought a jacket over a £100 . It was creased . Can’t get the creases out
Also when taking a item back to the shop it had the wrong item number
So had to come home .Ring customer service
They told me it was no fault of my own to send it back by post
Had to ring customers service again still not refunded
I am so surprised with Fatface they use to be so efficient
